Great hotel. Room service hours wer restricted breakfast and dinner after 5. The club adjenct was loud until 10pm or 11. Heavy beat.
But a the location is close, Trader Joe was grrat for sandwiches and wraps.

Housekeeping and general maintenance staff are excellent! Just remember, they cannot read your mind... So you have to talk to them if you have any requests. It has been a while since I have been to this side of town, so it is fun to explore the minor township that has sprung up from the ashes of the old Madison Square Mall.
The hospitality and service industry is one of the pillars of the South, specifically the American South. This hotel is a hidden gem right in the middle of Huntsville; it gives easy access routes to upscale shopping and downscale nightlife fun.
The lobby is quite welcoming, and there is a bar and restaurant right as you walk in the doors. It has a more cozy atmosphere than some of the hotels at which I normally reside.
Definitely make this a stop on your list if you are in town and cannot decide on a destination!
Check in is easy, as long as you have your reservation and confirmation number ready. Make sure to avoid the groups of workers coming in during the evening, though, as they often have to call back to their office to have rooms changed and reconfirmed. Anytime I have run into this issue, the front desk staff have diligently attended to correcting problems.
Just make sure not to fully book it out, or I won't be able to get a room next time!

Room was dark and the carpet was quite dirty, with red stains on the carpet…
Bed was comfortable though, and the indoor/outdoor pool was nice.
Reception forgot to give breakfast stamps, which cause some unnecessary confusion.

I did not like not having the ability to get a fresh cup of coffee or hot water for my tea. The AC unit was loud in my room.

This was a last minute booking after walking out of a previously booked nasty hotel and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff was nice and everything was really clean. The beds slept great and overall it was a really quiet environment.

The hotel was positioned nicely among other entertaining venues. The Orion Amphitheater was within a walking distance, Top Golf was right next door and other shopping was within a short walking distance. My only dislike about this hotel is that the rooms had carpet. Other than that, it was great! My next overnight visit to Huntsville will definitely be at this hotel.

It was an amazing stay the workers Harold and Mike was awesome. They made sure we had everything we needed for the events. The staff as a whole went over and beyond and I greatly appreciate it. Well Done HSVRP staff!!!!🏆

I searched specifically for a property with a hot tub because my husband and I like to relax in a hot tub while away for a weekend. While they “technically” have a hot tub, the water was tepid, and the jet stream that should create bubbles barely worked. I was super disappointed

Liked the hotel. Wasnon the 2nd floor above the washers and dryers for the hotel and it was noisy when they were operating. Toilet handle was iffy in the room. Other than that it was great!

The staff was personable, lovely entertainment, good food. Overall, a wonderful stay! We had more fun at the hotel than when we left for our event. The hotel is near everything convenient also - Trader Joes, TopGolf, all the restaurants and a Starbucks at the corner.

Our stay was amazing! This was the most comfortable hotel bed ever. The staff were so friendly and the hot tub was extremely hot! It’s located right next to restaurants and stores so it was perfect.

The rooms are extremely outdated. The microwave was falling apart, the bathroom has no A/C or ventilation, the carpet was gross, and the lighting was so harsh. The lightbulbs used in the room are fluorescent and gave an overall awful, depressing & run down aesthetic to the room. The towels are so old and they felt like sand paper. The lobby has the same aesthetic.
There are far better hotels for the rate they are charging. I stay at Holiday Inn Express often so assumed this Holiday Inn would be fine being the same corporate family. They are not even remotely the same.

I really liked the area this hotel is in. The foyer was beautiful. I would have given it a 5 star rating if there was no carpet on the floors but at least the carpet didn’t smell like some other hotels. I would definitely stay here again

We were attending a festival that was within walking distance to venue. Location was convenient to the Mid City District (walkable). However, the room was not exactly clean. The bath tub had a considerable amount of hair in it. The elevators were very slow, when they worked. There was a sign that they were being serviced, but we never saw evidence of that. We just used the stairs. Front desk staff was friendly.
