Everything went great. I was please and happy.

Room is always clean and comfy. Every time I stay, I never want to get out of bed because I'm so comfortable. Haven't had anything but good experiences here so far.

Bathroom was small. Shower head was really low. There were people screaming outside at 2am. The pictures don’t really show how the place really looks. The staff were nice but this place needs renovated.

I stay at this property a few times a year. The rooms are mostly really good. All the staff I encountered during this stay was wonderful. The breakfast area is really nice. The room I had this time had a really musty smell every time I walked in. I noticed after showering that there was no fan in the bathroom. Otherwise it was very clean.

While it wasn’t the cleanest, it also wasn’t horrible and I wasn’t completely disgusted. The beds were comfortable enough and we would have slept well if it weren’t for some people down the hall that were being kinda loud at 1am. Overall, for the price it was okay. Definitely not the nicest, but really, we were just there to sleep in between my son’s soccer games, so it’s not like we expected royal treatment. There wasn’t all that much nearby to do, nor was there a lot of restaurants, but it was only 15 minutes away from the Mall of America, which has plenty to do, see and eat. The breakfast we okay and consisted of some cereal, oatmeal, bagels, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon and cheese pancakes. None of it was overly tasty, but it was what you might expect at pretty much any other hotel that had continental breakfast.

Reception staff is great! Welcoming and friendly. The lounge area is great too. The cons is that the carpet is not clean, my little one walked barefeet after couple of minutes his foot turned brown dirty after that we dont let him okay on the carpet, as well as the toilet seems old and oh the door is making creek sound every time you opened it.

Arriving to the hotel we noticed it was in a semi sketchy area of town. The hotel was fine but had a very weird powerful smell in the elevator and stairwell. Bed was comfortable but the room was small (not a big deal just noticed it was smaller than other hotel rooms). Not worth the money.

My stay at LivINN was great. There was quiet, I felt safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent. Everything was so convenient. The only thing I wasnt happy with was television. No streaming channels and very little cable. I needed my Roku.

Had different breakfast options each day I was there. Bed was great.

It is the worst hotel. I booked a room and the bed was terrible. The service was terrible, and they didn't even clean the room. I don't recommend it.

I didn’t like how I had to park a little farther away due to new paint on the parking and I didn’t like how the staff forgot to put the room number in my keycard

Could have been a great stay, but the ball was dropped with the upgrades. Seems like an older place that's gotten timely updates. Breakfast was above average, and the area kept clean and well-stocked. The trouble with our stay, however, stems from a poor execution of paid upgrades. After booking in the Hotels.com app, I got an email offering several different upgrade options. Since it was just the wife and I, I thought the whirlpool suite would make a nice stay. That was $70 more. The room was fine, the tub was fine. It's the other upgrade we also opted for: the romance package. It offers (quoting the email here), "Celebrate your love with a special romance package. It would be our pleasure to decorate the room with rose petals, a Bath and Body Works gift set, chocolates, and more." The price was $40. The "MORE" also included a 1:00 late checkout. I decided to go for it since our schedule allowed. The room indeed was decorated with rose petals and cleverly folded towels. Quite nice, actually. But at check-in, we were told check-out was at 11. I called the clerk on it, and she said, "oh, yeah - it should be 1 with that package. Sorry, it wasn't noted." Fine, except that it also wasn't noted for the housekeeping crew, who knocked several times starting before 11. The Bath & Body Works gift basket and chocolate? Non-existant. We called the front desk, who later secured us a bag of chocolates (photo upload attempted). No Bath stuff. That's one expensive bag of Herhey's!

Most awesome bed I've had at a hotel in ages! A/C worked great during our 90 degree days there. Shower was very nice as well. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely stay here again!

There was bugs in our beds, mold in the shower. The floor was dam and the room smelled in the first room. The second room the AC did not work. I would like a refund.

The manager is great!! The other employees not so much.

Wonder stay, very friendly staff. So close to everything and easy to get to. Next door there is a wonder restaurant with outdoor seating and awesome food. Hotel had great breakfast and comfortable dining area- up to date and large. Free coffee/ lemon water/ mints and basket of apples in front lobby. Gazebo on grounds and we slept wonderful - Was extremely quiet ( on third floor) room was clean, air conditioning worked great so very comfortable ( most hotels so hot and stuffy or air not). Nice large laundry room. Hotel very busy with all types of vacationers. Felt safe at all times- grounds were lite up great in parking areas all around building. Two thumbs up.

Nice looking hotel from the outside, plenty of parking. Lobby was clean, tidy. Check-in was very easy, and the gal that helped us was very friendly and quick! The hotel was clean overall, but is getting dated. Beds are somewhat comfy, but getting old. Our room was "damp" feeling, likely due to the humidity...the A/C unit kept the room cool, but did not help with the moisture, so the carpet and bedding felt slightly wet. Not a deal breaker. Shower head needs replacing, it's old and water struggled to come out. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty to choose from and the area was always well stocked and constantly cleaned! A+ for that! Would stay there again, as it was a decent hotel and had shopping and amenities nearby. Highly recommend the restaurant Clives, which is right next door. Excellent food!!
