We had a very nice stay. The area was quiet and not far from restaurants or other needs and only about 5 minutes from the stadium. Rooms themselves are good though outdated and could use updating. Low flow shower but I have come to expect that at hotels. Overall a nice place to stay.

I arrived very late, so the 1st room smelled of cat urine I had to sleep with a sheet over my face to avoid the smell. I changed rooms and had to stay 8 nights in this room. I needed to put a sheet down on the couch to sit, wear slippers and towels all over bathroom floor so my feet did not touch the ground. The room above me slept with the door open and passed out with music loud, I had to call the front desk who wanted me to go outside and find out which room number it was at 1am! It was old, run down, nothing matched and if you wanted a blanket on the bed you need to ask for one. I wanted to leave so badly but was stuck because it was a business stay.

The staff was friendly. The room was mostly clean, in very poor repair and had a bad odor. Smelled like a room that recently allowed smoking. The bathroom was disgusting and smelled like urine all the time. Most of outlets were dangerously loose and basically falling out of the wall. There was a black stain on the ceiling by the air vent. I will not stay here again.

The room smelled bad. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was dirty and stunk. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. Our phone in the room did not work so had to go to office to get assistance. They never came to take care of anything and we had to go get towels and wash cloths. We checked in with 5 people and had 2 towels. Will NEVER stay there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Where do I begin? This hotel was very large and had comfortable beds. That is the extent of positives. The condition of the room was awful. I'm so disappointed how filthy and run down it was. Our room had fruit flies (bad!!), no carbon dioxide detector, a very old smoke detector (well over 10 years old), the refrigerator's seal was broken and was leaking. The bathroom sink was missing the stopper and the faucet was dropping the entire time. The shower was mislabeled (hot was actually cold, and visa versa). The carpet felt moist, outlets were not fully connected to the wall and were a hazard for small children. Missing artwork on the walls with no effort to fix the holes or replace the art. And the closet door was off the track and would not close properly. Overall, it was just super gross and run down. Would not recommend, and would never stay again.

There was a strong urine smell in the area where the bathroom wash basin was. There was a sticky substance all over the top of thd bedside stand and the lamp controls. We had to wash it and wipe it down. There was also a hornet in the room.

Nice little studio with couch area and full kitchen. Property not updated since about 1990 but my room was clean. Sheets were worn and pilling a bit. Free breakfast - eggs, meat, sausage, baked goods (muffins, toast, English muffins), waffle maker; yogurt, apples, oranges, peanut butter, juice, coffee, water., oatmeal. Only weird thing about breakfast is that there were no lids for to-go coffee cups.

Place was not dusty at all, just dirty. Floors in kitchen were so dirty when i spilled ice and cleaned it up it was muddy. Cigarette burns on tub i got rid of, shower curtain was mildow smelling so i washed it. No room service. Its a condo setting so if you need anything you need to go get it. I had to bring all dirty towels to main building for clean ones. No pots and pans. No knives 3 spoons 3 forks. Staff was fabulous. Very nice breakfast area and staff were nice. Loud people fighting at night laud music outside our door after midnight. Outdoor pool was very very nice. Sad it rained 4 of 5 days. Room definitely much cleaner when i left than when i arrived. Bring lysol to make the room smell nicer. Ill upgrade to a better hotel next visit to the area.

The room had exposed wires for the TV. The fireplace was broken and missing the glass that keeps the fire element covered. The end tables were sticky. The people staying next to us would chain smoke right outside their/our door and it would cause the smoke to flow into our room. They would keep the door open and their tv blasting. They were watching a violent movie with lots of swearing. We have young children, this was very unsettling to be next to.

Ended up booking a different hotel and eating the cost.

It was an ok stay. They sent text an email to check in early before my arrival we did. It asks for DL pic and debit card info which they charge you $50 which is common. When I arrived I had to do this again. And in that they charged me twice the $50. Not very nice. Disappointed that they did not know the process from the beginning.

Door key didnt work, had to get new cards, and the walk was pretty far back to the office. Outside stairs and building is worn out. The door didnt completely close tight, but it locked. Overall, the rooms was big with a kitchen and sofa.

It was plenty of room, decently clean. There was fruit flies in the kitchen when we got there. It was pretty dusty and dirty on the window frames. I wouldn’t complain much about that but since I have a 2 year old and is curious looking out the window is the reason why I mentioned it. The bed was comfy and had clean sheets, however the headboards were dusty as well so I just took wipes and wiped down everything as I usually do anyways rather dusty or not. The pool was also broken and not open for the season, which it was not mentioned on the booking site. That really disappointed our other kids as that’s what they looked forward too. Overall if you’re looking for a place to sleep it’s ok. I wouldn’t spend the weekend or vacay here thou.
