Great place to have a hotel
Quiet and within walking distance to restaurant's ,coffee and grocery store. Enjoyed the pool and patio. I'll be back in 👍😁

The room in the facilities were excellent. It’s just the air conditioner would squeal loud squeal every half an hour to 45 minutes I’d have to get up and hit the side of the air conditioner to shut it up and the shower holder that was broke in there otherwise it was a great place.

Stay was ok, first the bathroom sink water barely came out (no big deal) I can wash my hands and brush my teeth with the tub faucet. But now I try to lay down and go to sleep and all I hear is the air conditioning running nonstop all night, long! That was a serious bummer.

Our assigned room was very uncomfortable and hot, the receptionist moved up to a more comfortable room. The rooms look nothing like the photos on the website.

The bed I had was terrible and I had written a review stating that; the next morning, the front desk called me and told me that they had read my review and wanted to make it right for me so they changed me to a different room. Wow, that’s great customer service. I said it on my first review, the staff here is awesome, super friendly and they really do want to provide you with a pleasant experience. Thank you

The beds could be improved, and the shower curtains need to be a little bit longer because water gets all over the floor. But overall it was a great place to stay while we were in town working.

I have stayed at this hotel location several times in the past. I am from out of town, and I’ve always been told that because I am from out of town, they don’t have to charge me the $200 incidental fee. This time, the girl behind the counter argued with me about it, even as she looked up my past visits and saw that it’s never been charged to me. I’d like to know who has been telling me they don’t need to charge me that fee. Is she a manager?
Separately, the air conditioner in our room rattled literally all night long. My wife barely slept because it was so loud. These two things are making me second guess staying here ever again.

We enjoyed our stay . We loved the pool . Our rooms were ok. One had food left from previous guest and other room had a good amount of mosquitoes. Staff was great in trying to help with our mosquitoes situation . Overall a good stay .

Me, I liked the fact that there was no room service during my stay. I had the place for myself, nobody knocking at my door during the day.
And whatever I needed ( towels, toilet paper, coffee etc.) I only had to go see the maid on the same floor and she would give it to me).

My stay was two nights, After the first night my room wasn't service by housekeeping, at night there was male subject knocking at my door and appears to be under the influence looking for someone, I think the property needs security also housekeeping needs to service the rooms and replace towels

The room was ok , bed was comfortable except there were Bed Bugs. we want to transfer to a different hotel but they told us that they can only transfer us to a different room. just be warn make sure to check every nook and cranny of the bed . i tried to email corporate but the email they gave us won’t go through. i just don’t want others to experience this.

The room itself and the motel was good. We did not receive a room cleaning for the full 4 days we were there even though we asked for one after the second night.
We had to collect new towels & toilet paper from the front desk.
We took out our own garbage as it was building up in our rooms.
We think that this particularity location is intermittent lodging for people awaiting social housing as there appeared to be multiple longer term“guests”

This property was definitely not the safest. Some of the doors were broken. The outside was a mess. The rooms were ok. The staff was absolutely amazing though which made the stay great. The front side of the hotel was nice but they put everyone on the backside once you check in.
