In need of a refurbish. Everything was old. Odd location. Towel left in bathroom from last guest. Would stay again only if nothing else was available. Staff were friendly. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was good.

We stayed overnight with our Chow Chow on our way from Florida to Illinois. This was our stopping point. The hotel is okay, but needs to be updated. I say that because the King room was $178 per night, then $196 with fees & taxes. For that amount you would expect it to be in better condition. On top of that, they charge $75, nonrefundable, for pets. My dog is cleaner than most kids. Be aware of that if you stay at a dog friendly Hampton Inn. La Quinta does not charge for pets. Ok, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean, although the shower/tub was weird with a hollowed out floor that kept water in the shower floor at all times. The breakfast area was clean & the breakfast offered was very nice, and good coffee, not the watered down stuff! The check in process was quick and the person working was very nice and friendly. She told us if we go to Applebee’s and show them our card, we get a 10% discount, which we did and it was very good. So a nice place to stay but a bit on the expensive side in my opinion.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean, the place was quiet.

The property was nice. The rooms were clean and the area seemed safe. The breakfast was convenient and had lots of different options.

Bad experience would not do it again

Room was mostly clean. We reserved a king with a sofa bed for two adults and a teenager. Sofa bed was just a mattress with only a comforter and pillows in the closet. No sheets, pillow cases, or second blanket. The pillows had yellow stains on them. On the other hand besides the sofa bed being bad it was a good stay. Nice breakfast. Something that was quite weird was there was a connecting door between our room and our neighbors. The bathroom was pretty clean besides the counter was a little sticky.

This was our 3rd year staying here for a dance competition…..we always enjoy the friendly staff and CLEAN rooms.

Great for an overnight stay

Our checkin was seemless. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This was our first time staying here and we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very nice. Updated, location was great, very clean, service was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Pleasant and friendly staff. A lot of restaurants located near by. Conveniently located about 7 miles off of I-65. That 7 miles saved us $50-$75 for the night compared to hotels located right on I-65 exit.

The treatment was outstanding Brianna the customer service rep, greeted us with love and respect and professionalism, and Tracy young lady in the evening time also did a magnificent job and taking care of us and showing us the way to the pool and all the areas of the property the housekeepers were on point, respectful and extremely courteous as well. Overall, our experience was fabulous. We will use an excuse to come back to this place. By the way, the breakfast was a plus freshly made western omelette freshly made home fries. Everything is clean. The coffee was fantastic and wow wow wow !!!!!!!!

Displeased about no maid service and the Internet was somewhat problematic to sign into. Breakfast was not the best (not much variety). The desk clerk Jana was wonderful! Enjoyed our stay.

Rear Foor scanner not working causing inconviences

The hotel as a whole is fine. The AC was really cool during the day but would get hot at night. There were ants on the inside AC unit. The curtain doesn’t block out light at night. The room was very bright at night. There weren’t any pastries to choose from as I didn’t have time to sit and eat and the cereal selection was slim.

The sleep sofa mattress is not desirable

This hotel was nice, but quite a ways from I-65 so not as convenient for travelers. It was clean and the staff were nice.

Whole building had a strong musty smell from cigarettes and animals. My bed linens and pillows has the smell. They hotel did not have even one wine opener. I asked what was for breakfast upon checking in and she said I don’t know, but it is hot. Staff were smoking right at the entrance outside and throwing their butts on the ground. There were stains in the carpet in my room that looked like feces. The remote didn’t work bc they had the wrong one from another brand of tv in there. Took them an hour to get me one, then just left it outside the door without knocking to let me know it was there. The ac didn’t cook properly, as I was hot all night. It was cooler outside than in. I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn that want clean until this experience. I won’t stay at another one now.
