We stayed here for 3 nights to explore DC. Such a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but just a stone's throw from the capitol & all the major landmarks. Really close to the Capitol South Metro station too. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable & clean (although could do with a deep clean/decor refresh) & felt very safe - some gorgeous houses in the upscale neighbourhood! Try the Tune Inn around the corner for a bite to eat/drinks!

My daughter & i stayed for 1 night before flying home from a soccer tournament. Bed was the best of our entire trip. Staff was friendly & courteous. Only preference that was missing here was the bathroom was very small, but they did the best with nice fixtures & accessories. We would stay here again.

Room is small and old, but it is clean and comfortable. It’s good place to stay for visiting the Capitol hill and Botanic Garden.

Great location in DC, close to a metro station (5 minute walk). The neighborhood was quiet, the hotel was clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. They even had breakfast for us. 10/10 would recommend.

Room was clean. There was a fridge but no microwave. That was disappointing. It was not a cheap visit and all rooms sound have hotels. The front desk staff was great though! Decent stay!

Some rooms are better than others. This room was better than the last time I stayed. More places to plug in electronics than the last visit. The staff is always very nice and accommodating.

I have stayed here repeatedly since 2022. In the last year or so I have noticed a steady decline in the rooms. The staff is always pleasant, but the rooms are always odd. This time there was no towel rod in the bathroom. The mount was there, but no bar. The bath towels have gotten to the point of minuscule and most of the rooms from the beginning have not had places to charge electronics easily. My daughter lives right down the street so it is incredibly convenient, but for the money spent it is not the same place I used to stay.

We only stayed one night while moving our daughter to the Capital Hill area. We'll definitely be staying again! It was super convenient to everything we needed, super quiet and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. Parking was as easy as can be in the city and the breakfast was decent. The room was small but comfortable and clean. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's as close as you can get without spending a fortune.

Easy access to Capitol attractions. Staff is attentive and quick to help. From the moment we arrived until our checkout, we were pleased with the service. Good breakfast including plenty of coffee. Several places to eat in walking distance.

The room was fine but the televisions are not smart TVs and the bathroom is very small.

All the lights were off in the lobby, It made me think it as closed when I got there late. The front desk staff member was sitting on the couch next to the counter with there feet up as if they were at home relaxing. I will not be staying here again
