It was good. Stayed here for the ren faire. Chilis next door had discounts for hotel patrons. Its also conveniently placed next to a Wawa if you want to get snacks or drinks at any time of day or night.
The bed hurt my back a bit but thats kind of a toss up if you like firm or soft beds no matter where you go. I like firm, but not quite as firm as the bed in my room. Its no one's fault really.
Ive stayed here twice, so I reccomend it, but also the price sometimes makes me want to shop around for something cheaper too.

Travel from Florida for four night trip to see family. This is our second trip and will certainly stay again. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and very welcoming. Right off Route 17 and convenient for restaurants etc.

The good: Friendly, professional staff. Clean bath, comfortable beds. Conveniently located to downtown Ramsey and shopping centers. Restaurants nearby for those who want to stay close.
Needing improvement: Room 123. A/C was noisy and did not remove moisture from the room. Towels did not dry, one pillow smelled like mildew. Staff provided a fresh pillow.

Awful experience at the Holiday Inn In Ramsey. I’m checking in. I’m giving a hotel key and the door wouldn’t open to the room so I go back to the front desk two times to let them know that the room won’t open they send someone upstairs who also can’t get the door open. They move me into a new room. The room is very loud with highway noise and I can hear every door that opens and closes, the toilet over with my feces running over the bathroom while I was getting dressed in the morning then all of my food that I have been traveling with froze in the refrigerator. The gentleman in the front desk said there was no management available that they would call me later , I’m not sure how that would help my situation now going to a meeting very tired and upset

Property and rooms were clean and staff friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Air vents and cooling unit was clean so didn’t wake up with the usual hotel stuffiness. AC worked great. My only (minor) complaint is that the walls are definitely thin. I could hear people coughing and their conversations through the walls and when transitioning through the hallways it sounded louder than I’ve experienced during other stays.

This lodging is hard to access from route 17 unless you have been there before. The room is basic. Bathroom very clean. Highlight: I left an article in the room. Called later and requested it be located and shipped to my home. The person who I spoke to promptly and efficiently managed my requests.

Our stay was very nice … room was clean, staff was very attentive and kind. Wish there had been a pool. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Surrounding traffic was rough,but that’s just the nature of the area. Would stay again!
