The stay was poor. The hallways reeked of weed, there was a man shouting in the lobby, and the room was a far distance from the check in location. We were only there one evening so it was fine enough. My wife liked the lighting in the bathroom for doing her makeup. The restaurant in the lobby was closed which was an inconvenience and should be noted in the hotel description. The morning breakfast had one waffle maker which is insufficient to service a room full of hungry families. There was broken glass in the parking lot and the lighting in the hallways was dark. To top it off I had a $50 charge on my credit card from the hotel that I was not told about. I would have never found it until I checked my credit card bill. They didn’t even send me a bill to my email, despite requiring a picture of my drivers license, email, total contact info when we checked in. This was on top of the fact we already provided this information online in a per checkout screening. There was no excuse not to be able to contact me before charging me $50. Avoid staying here if you can.

This property came at 1/2 price of others around, so you get what you pay for. It was tolerable, but not pleasant. The staff were nice and prompt when asked for help, they seem to be short staffed, and the property is probably not making enough to do things that they might like to improve.

room was open and dirty. Shower did not work. I left and was told AI could get a refund.Very,very nasty. the counter gentleman agreed that the room eas bad. as far as service. Very poor condition in rooof. Shower didn't work.

While the rooms and property have been maintained, the furnishings and decor are dated. The hallway carpeting is visibility dirty and makes a poor first impression upon arrival. The breakfast offering is akin to what you may incounter at a convenient store self serve kiosk. Over all it was a let down from what was presented in the pictures during the on line booking process.Rating value for the money, I can only give it a C

When we checked in, we found the room dirty. Additionally, when we tried to connect to the Internet, there was no connection. We called the front desk, and they informed us that the hotel was fully booked and that the slow or non-existent Internet was due to too many people trying to connect. Despite this, I was never able to connect to the Internet at all. Unfortunately, no one apologized or offered any compensation. In many hotels, management would at least apologize and perhaps offer some form of compensation, but that was not the case here. I will never stay at this property again!

There is a lot of room for improvement. The room seemed like it wasn’t clean. Discoloration in the sheets, towels and throughout the bathroom wasn’t friendly to look at. Sheets, towels and furniture all looked and felt old and low quality. I ended up booking a hotel somewhere else instead of spending the night because I wasn’t comfortable enough to sleep in there or even shower for the one night I was in town. Bad choice for the price.

When I walked into my room, the smell of smoke hit me very hard. My eyes were burning. Got instant headache. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to go down 3 flights of stairs to get some, no one to bring it to me. After going to store to get allergy meds, asked to be moved to 1st floor with tub I paid extra for. They did but the room was not clean and tub leaked. Will never go back or recommend your hotel. Awful experience, but you got my money so I’m sure that’s all that matters to you.

Smells like smoke in the hallways

It wa a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like the photographs. The hallways smelled of mildew and smoke. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. The mattress was sunken I. The middle. We had a horrible night’s sleep. We got out of there as soon as we could the next morning. We didn’t even bother to take a shower, it was that disgusting.

Good stay. And it was what I needed for the trip

Check-in was quick, simple, and easy. People at the front desk are very helpful. Comfort was okay - you're getting what you're paying for. This place gets the job done. Breakfast was offered, but when I went to check it out, there was not much to be found. The juice machine was not working, the refrigerator appeared empty, and the waffle machine was down. Again, you are getting what you paid for. Overall - not bad. Thanks for the economical stay!

I was promised a refund after finding a women unconscious outside of my room. Individuals live at this property and it’s incredibly uncomfortable. I was only there for 10 min, TV was static and essentiallly found a dead lady. Money never refunded and drove home. ZERO STARS and still waiting on my refund.

Arriving I found that my credit card had been declined. The front desk quickly resolve the issue and I was given a clean comfortable room with the Fireside Tavern in their hotel for a quick salad for dinner.

There was nothing unique about the hotel. The staff was cordial !!!!

Amazing

Wear and tear obvious. Great staff. Too much smoke in the hallways and the smell of pot was strong.

It was a fine stay, the room didn’t look like it was properly cleaned. There was old food behind the nightstand.

It was a very pleasant stay, hotel was clean and felt safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself is in a good location, close to the highways and around the area we had to visit. The lobby of the hotel is actually very clean and beautiful whereas the rest of the hotel is dates and old. The hotel rooms are very basic, there is also an ok pool area and the breakfast was probably the worst I’ve seen and I’ve stayed everywhere. I would book this if you need a very basic place to sleep for a night

Lukewarm shower

It was inexpensive compared to the nearby hotels but you get what you paid for. Looks nice from outside but the room was old - old A/C, old bathroom with a hole and slight sewer smell. Not for business travel.

The lobby is beautiful and the desk staff is friendly. Check in was very easy and efficient. That is where the good ends unfortunately. The property is older an one can tell at one time this was a top tier hotel. However the rooms were not clean. I spent the first moments in the room cleaning cob webs and dealing with spiders. The carpet was in dire need of cleaning. I found an empty sterile water container used for intravenous needles on the floor next to the bed. The hallways were also in need of a good cleaning. The bathroom had the rements of previous lodgers BM still in the toilet and the bath tub facet constantly dripped. The hotel is older but there is nothing a good deep cleaning could not fix. Beds and furniture in the rooms appear newer, so simply a deep clean and the hotel would be much more appealing.

I used to stay here when it was the Quality Inn, the renovations definitely made this place better. There were reviews and phoros of bed bugs so i was very skeptical and checked every inch of my room, bed and corners. Clean, clean and clean. For the price, i think this cant be beat. Only concer was breakfast is a heated up egg sandwich that you microwave your self or cereal and some toast. Not many options, but for the price cant be beaten

My only issue was that it was very noisy in the hallway outside our room in the middle of the night.

I originally booked for a whole weekend, expecting to have an amazing stay. When we initially arrived, everything looked good and like photos, despite the bathtub/shower, which didn’t seem to be cleaned. My stay was cut short the first day. We arrived back and our room was “flooding”. It was 1 in the morning, and me and my family arrived back and there was water everywhere in room. Our personal items were drenched in water. The water was coming from the ceiling, as you could visibly see it dripping. A new room was unavailable when we initially went to the receptionist desk for help. We were tired and wet. The receptionist tried his best to help, but not a lot could not be done since a manager was not on site, and since we booked through Expedia. After rushing to pack our wet belongings, we still never were given an explanation on why or HOW this occurred. We ended up just leaving. As we were packing our car up in the middle of the night, the receptionist did mention he found a different type of room, but due to it being 4 of us and the car was packed by then, we declined. By that time, we had already were under a lot of frustration and stress, and were no longer comfortable. The following days I had to reach out to Expedia for help. We were still charged the full amount for the first day, and received our refund back for the other nights, and our security deposit was returned.

First off we only had about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no extra we had to go to the front desk and ask for more. Also I think the pool should be open later. I have never stayed at a hotel where the pool closed before 11:00 pm. Also a lot of people live here so I think it must of been them smoking marijuana it was all you could smell. I don't mind the smell but I had my young grandchildren with me.
