Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The blanket on the bed was stained and had cigarette burns. There were people outside allowed to scream and carry on all hours of the night, so sleep was futile.

The furniture is old. The Ceiling in the Bathroom has Mildew. Afraid to use the Shower. The Room smelled of Mold & mildew for a Non-Smoking room. Bathroom door is to close to toilet and need a lot of work. This is not a 4 star hotel. Need a lot of painting and work. Don't think Ill be staying here again...

Quiet and relaxing

Well for starters theh dont tell you they want a deposit even after the room is paid for and that ypu might get it back if everythi g is the way its supposed to i u derstand if your younger but not 40 yr old parents who have 2 kids and ypur stayi g just for the night its absolutely ridiculous and then because we didnt have our young childrens ages there would be a wait for the room and its 1130 at night

Clean bathroom, clean bed but not comfortable. Old fridge but kept drinks really cold. Floor was nice and clean.

The staf was very friendly and the room was clean.

I liked the location.

The refrigerator was unplugged and dirty. The microwave was dirty and sticky. The coffeepot had burnt coffee inside. There was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat -- in a supposedly nonsmoking room. There was some other guest's used kleenex on the floor behind the toilet. The lady at the front desk was very polite and apologetic, but frankly, if we hadn't been so tired (and only staying the one night), we would have left.

I ordered a smoke-free room and was put into a room, that was so rank of smell and the chair was nasty it needed to be removed. I called the desk and told the lady I wanted another room, She put us into another room, which was nice. Would I stay again ( yes ) if I got the right room?

Room was dirty . Wet hand towel in sink with hair all around . Floor has like cereal on it . Dirt and whatever . Said non smoking but smelt of smoke and cigarette burns on bedding . Shall I go on . Microwave didn’t work . Hair dryer didn’t work . Honestly if just was clean and sanitary . That’s all I want . Clean . Sweep and freaking mop . Spray disinfectant. All would of been good . Just a nasty ass place .

Our room had plenty of room and space to walk around. Cabinet space and sink beside the refrigerator and microwave was great.

This was a unfortunate situation. We reserved a room at the Red Roof Inn, down the block, from this loaction, 6 months ago. When we arrived Red Roof Inn told us our reservation did not exist. I contacted Expedia and they rebooked our room at the Econo Lodge for the same price. The property was very sub par. The first room we were in the shower/bathtub system had no hot water and was dirty. The second room had water seeping in under the floor. We were in a no win situation because we came to Mississippi for a giant car show that we had paid to be a part of. We knew there were no other hotels available, for a reasonable price, so, we had to stay. We had very long days, at the show and I guess that was a blessing to stay away from the area and this crappy room. I fault Red Roof Inn for lieing to us. They told us not to trust any third party like EXPEDIA The truth is they cancelled our room just so we would pay more. I also fault Expedia for not guaranteeing our room and feel that we should not have had to pay for any of it. We deserve a refund. Will we get it, NO, because no one cares. Bottom line: 1. Red Roof Inn is at fault for all of this. 2. EXPEDIA is at fault for not guaranteeing our room. 3. ECONO LODGE for thinking such a crappy hotel would be acceptable to anyone.

My stay was amazing and yes I will book and stay here again I like staying here.

Spider webs was everywhere, dusty, trash under the microwave, ashes or something behind the tv, the telephone didn’t work & couldn’t use the remote control to turn on the tv. Whoever cleans the room didn’t do a good job! I even purchased a suite but wasn’t nothing suite about the room! It was only spacious! The room was pose to be a smoking room but somehow Sunday I ran into the little sign that says the room was nonsmoking! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Will continue to say here when we visit Gulfport.

The room was dingy, and the floor as well as the sheets were sandy. It was barely okay for a short overnight, but would not recommend!

It was nice

Horrible made my flush crawl ,my first room hadn’t been cleaned smelt like weed, my second room wasn’t cleaned, they had only one person cleaning the rooms, they wouldn’t refund me my money, third room was damp, everything was sweaty, smelt like mildew, floors slippery, no back on the remote control, door wouldn’t closed properly I slept with a chair against it, my last day two of the tv channels went green. The only positive thing about this dump was the young lady that checked me in she was so nice

Room was not clean; mold/mildew, sand in the bed; old food in the refrigerator; hair dryer had no cord…odd.
