Room was clean, but overall the property did not look like it did in pictures on this site. Area was very sketchy with people hanging around who were obviously not staying there. On the plus side, the shower was nice and bed comfortable - but we were eager to get away in the morning.

The night shift staff was horrible to me with an attitude and i felt VERY VERY unwelcomed and not wanted. However the staff in the morning was very pleasant and she made up for the night shift’s attitude her name was Kimberly I think she should train the night shift on being courteous and respectful to customers..

Clean, comfortable beds .

Pros - Nice place to stay the night. Most importantly, clean. There was a club downstairs that I would’ve checked out if I didn’t have kids with me. Cons - Check in strictly adhered to at 3pm. Restaurant doesn’t open until 4:30pm. We arrived at 2pm, so we had to leave & come back when our room was ready.

they charge a 100 deposit even after you pay for rm . i have never been charged a deposit at hotel in my life

The carpet in the room next to the night stand was molding. We did not notice this until the morning. There were also little bugs in both the shower and sink. The room smelled awful. Would not recommend.

Overall good place.

No issues at all with the room. The issue was at check in. While not the employees’ fault, check in took forever (30-40 minutes) due to computer issues. Their system wasn’t working properly and they couldn’t successfully process the security deposit and were waiting for tech support which was going to take 2 hours. To his credit, they eventually just gave us our room key and said they would deal with it later, but after a long day, 40 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we were given our key was very frustrating.

Nice hotel

The ceiling was MOLDY and flaking by the window, bathroom sink, and above the shower. The bathroom tile was ombre with mildew. The door to the outdoors was broken and didn't feel secure at all.

Good location, next to a bar with great food! Front desk lady was very nice and room was very spacious and clean with clean linen.

Somewhat disappointed. The TV and cable channels did not work. The WiFi was horrible, it kept telling me to move closer to the WiFi modem

First off probably should have read reviews of this place , i see every review is is responded by redroof inn we will make adjustments and do better. It doesn’t appear they do anything but follow up with a response, grounds are like a 3rd world country, pics on site not resemble the place at all, room was dirty, fridge had food left in it, door locks ripped off , outside door does not open with key card one way only, remote for tv missing so no tv, 3 outlets in room for phone charging none by bed, tiles in bathroom half changed and none grouted bathroom door doesn’t open all the way or close all the way , tp holder ripped half off wall,ac is on occupancy sensor so hot room temperature if you not moving or in there , got locked out of hall door had to walk around to main entrance at 1am as key card would not work yet again on another door. Pool looks like it was last open in 1996. This is a honest review i would look elsewhere looks like they run a deposit scam after reading other reviews hope i get mine back!

It's in the middle of everything and easy access to highways.

My first impression was of the glass door leading to the rooms from the parking lot which besides having the full bulk garbage can next to it (lovely smell) was covered in so much grudge I used a paper towel to open it. The room itself stunk of cigarette smoke, yet was told it was a non-smoking room. It was so dirty I spent the first hour calling other hotels in the area to see if they had openings. When I asked at the front desk about no coffee set up in the room, I was told only certain rooms had them which surprised me. If this was an example of their hotels I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again. So disappointed as I, along with 50 others visit this area often. I would ask for compensation however I know that will not happen.

It was a nice stay just wished they cleaned the room more in the three days we stood no one cleaned the room or gave us new towels

Hotel staff was amazing. Other patrons smoked pot in the hotel, yelled in the hallways in the middle of the night. Gunshots were heard in the middle of the night. Our bathroom door didnt close because it had been kicked in and never fixed. It was just painted over. I felt a bit unsafe due to the other patrons. The bar/restaurant was pretty fun and food was good. I won't be staying there again!

Staff were friendly and polite. Bed sheets and pillows case were dirty. Had a roach in the room.

This hotel is a dump. The pool was empty green and cracked. The sidewalks were missing big chunks of concrete. The carpets and linens were stained

It needs more cleaning and the employees in the mornings when they are cleaning rooms they talk very hard and do not let you rest. You can hear everything from the other rooms and I didn't feel privacy.
