I didnt like the service (staff). I needed something at night, I went to the lobby and there was nobody who could have helped me at all. I booked the hotel also because of the pool, when I got there the pool was not available due to renovation.

all good except for pool under maintenance and not advertised when booking.

We stayed for one night, but the room was clean and updated. Quiet. Close to everything. When we travel for future events at the Santander Arena we will stay here ahain.

The floor we stayed on smelled very strongly of smoke. The room didnr smell but the smell was very stronf. It was also a bit loud at night. The parking is good, the breakfast wasnt the best but they do have a full breakfast for free.

The front desk staff was not friendly. Pool area was very dirty (moldy ceiling tiles) and our room had piss ants and we had to change rooms before we could go to bed. Fridge did not work in room and staff wanted us to carry one to new room ourselves.

They gave us thr bridal sweet which waz nice. But the only thing we didn't like was it must have also been the service wing for staff because there was so .uch noise and the doors slamming. I was in pressed that they serviced our room everyday

When I asked the front desk about the poor conditions, I was told that they were waiting on a part to control the humidity in the pool area. However, based on my observations, it is quite a apparent that this has been an issue for quite some time. I would not allow my children to swim in the pool after seeing the condition it was in. They were not happy. My other issue was that shortly after arriving I unexpectedly got my period and the hotel did not have any over-the-counter medications to purchase or feminine products. It was very late and all the local pharmacies were closed. As a result, I had to drive to a 24 hour Walmart, which was not convenient in any way, especially after a long day of traveling with two young children and I was in a lot of pain.

She said only one room is booked and asked me to call Expedia without checking anything. Later after 10 min of me trying to connect to Expedia, she said there is another room. Room was very nice, and perfect for our needs. The Complementary breakfast was as good, and had as much variety as any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Customer service was terrible. Not a friendly person on staff at all. Not very clean.
