The internet and tv did not work the evening we checked in throughout the checkout of the next day. The sink had a big permanent stain on the counter from other people or workers. The coffee pot in the room was broken and did not heat the water. The breakfast was not given in the hotel lobby the next day ignoring hotels.com: the orange and apple juice dispenser was out of order, the coffee pot for the guests was empty when the lobby opened at 10:00 am and never filled. We stayed at other Howard Johnsons but this one was a maintenance nightmare. Other guests partied and bbq'd in the parking lot and made lots of noise from 5pm until 9 pm. To add insult onto injury they charged us a 20 fee for linens days after we alerted them of their problem with the sink. We complained but never got resolution about the undo charge. DO NOT STAY HERE AS NOTHING WORKED.

This place was disgusting. We left in 20 mins. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Plenty of pictures to prove it. Stay away!

I liked that it was affordable and very close to a lot of different restaurants, stores, and entertainment options. It was VERY noisy with traffic on the main road and, it could definitely use better sound proofing.

The room & property were fine. The manager was friendly & kind.

Our room was large, Clean, decent shower, good bed, good air conditioning at an OK price.

Nice room a pleasant staff. I just needed a place to take a hot bath and get a good nights sleep before heading out on I-5 in the morning and it served me well.

Door slamming. Scary clientele. Up to something criminal. Stayed 2 hours. They overcharged me. Quated $50, charged $100, didn't even mess the bed or take a shower or use a towel. Scammers.

Check in was simple and staff are friendly. The property is super clean and recently painted/updates. Water pressure is perfect, beds were comfortable enough to sleep on. Everything works and it was quiet all night. Thumbs up from us!

The night clerk was very helpful and friendly. Problem was the room was disgusting. No soap in the room for washing, tub was dirty, pink soap scum on the built in shelf. Rug was so gross you didn’t want to take your shoes off. Smelled like someone just cooked in there. Tried to run the fan to get rid of smell and it blew curtains up for world to see inside the room. The bathroom slopes down like the building is falling off the mountain. No blankets. I did not call office as I was desperate for a room - I am annoyed that my points were used to go towards this sty. Price was not accurate as Expedia said room was 55 but the it went up to 88 and the “discounted” because of points….

We arrived early and although we had to wait for the front desk agent, they allowed us to check in about an hour early. The room was big, the decor was fun, and the bed was decent. At 6am in the morning the toilet clogged and we had to use all our towels to clean up the floor. We called the front desk and they brought a plunger right away and some extra towels. But they never brought us clean ones to use to shower. This hotel is conveniently located in town and not far from restaurants and shopping.

The shower had no hot water! I was in 203, he then tried to call people who had reservations and move me to 205 but I had to wait 1.5 hrs before he could try. I was exhausted and had to stay awake after a 12hr drive, the second room also had the same issue. The gentleman tried but it seems to be a property issue. I opted not to move but was unable to shower in cold water. Would not stay again! Office is also dark and locked by 5pm and was not open when I left at 10am still. Very hands off and unable to accommodate easily. Room was updated and clean just no hot water at all.

The property is a motel; I had thought I was booking a hotel. The reason I booked this establishment was because I was wanting a restful, peaceful night, but that didn’t happen as the road next to the business is as busy as the freeway all night. One thing, I absolutely must complain about is the lack of security once in the room: they had removed the door latch from the top of the door, and the only “security” system was the deadbolt that my 3 year old found interesting enough to play with…we slept with a chair in front of the door incase she had wanted to “play” with it while we were sleeping. The mattresses were soft…too soft. They kept the Wi-Fi password “under lock and key” which you had to call the front desk for… we opted to use data. Nothing against this business, but we expected more for the price we paid and we won’t be back.

Most disgusting room. Furniture wasn’t fit for Goodwill. Will be demanding a refund. $200 for this room was an obscenity.

Room was nice and comfortable but the toilet had a major leak and we had to turn it off when not in use. Could have warned us or not used that room until it was fixed.

The pictures are deceiving. There is no breakfast and the covered bridge is 45 miles away. The rooms were older but clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Very affordable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
