The staff at your hotel is amazing and super helpful and knowledgeable about the area around the hotel my wife and I had a fantastic this past weekend from the minute we arrived to the last minute we were there we felt welcome and wanted and we were truly treated so well we will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone's stay in Charlotte N.C. Overall great experience, could have used a little more light in the bathroom and we had a small problem with the sink draining but was fixed promptly. Great food and bar options and great proximity to restaurants and bars, as well as the stadium.

It was a very nice hotel. I liked the way it was connected to restaurants and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. Surprisingly a couple of days I had the luxurious roof bar and pool area to myself. But the bartender was great company. I would highly recommend ordering food from the restaurant across the street. Kitchen and cocktails, their food and drinks were incredible. The fitness center attached to the hotel was a plus to staying there.

All the staff we encountered from Valet, bar staff, bellman, and front desk were honestly some of the most friendly and abundantly professional.

I was not happy with the King bed. The bed mattress has been worn and I felt like I was sinking. The room itself was clean. I did ask for someone to come and show me how to operate the TV. It shouldn't be that hard. Normally, I can figure things out, but I no one came, however; I did figure out how to get the local channels. I just didn't want to have to pay extra to watch TV.

Roof top pool

I went to celebrate my partners birthday. One of the reasons I selected this hotel is because of the promised amenities, one of which lists plush robes. It was also included in my reservation that I was there celebrating a birthday. We were disappointed to find that there were no robes awaiting us when we arrived. There was also nothing to commemorate the fact that we were there celebrating a birthday although I did recieve communication and confirmation of this before arrival. As far as the facilities, everything in the room was clean and smelled nice. The fire alarm in the room did go off from the shower being "too hot" which has never happened to me before but I digress. Overall it was a good stay, just disappointed in a few things that were promised but I failed to receive.

Good weekend getaway. Room service food was great. Biggest issue was no hot water.

The room was clean and service was great with the exception of the pool bar .It took almost 40 minutes for me to get two drinks and the girl kept messing up my order . The drinks were not even worth the wait .

The Omni hotel was right in the Uptown Area where there was so much to do. The Hotel staff was very accommodating.

Very conveniently located to everything we needed. We were able to walk or take the city train everywhere. My only negatives were the bathroom only had a mirror light and the TV's chromecast wouldn't pair with my phone. I would still give the hotel a 9 out of 10

Great place to stay when in Charlotte BUT WiFi was awful .Called and got their IT people involved .Everyone was responsive but I kept cutting in and out .Since u was conducting business Zoom meetings this was a huge problem .They did credit me one day but not the next and the problem continued …big issue if you need WiFi

The rooftop bar was the best Bellboy Isaiah was very polite and helpful. Food was good, price not bad. Rooms should have handsoap for guest.

My stay would have been fine if they wouldn’t have tried to overcharge me they tried to charge me for unnecessary stuff. They tried to charge me twice, and I did not like the communication between the manager and the people at the desk. The people at the desk are fine, but the manager on duty Was not doing his job because if he was, they wouldn’t have tried to over

It was ok!

I went to charlotte for “ solo “ getaway/concert so safety was big for me. The Omni hotel definitely made me feel safe. I did not come across one employee who was not kind. Check in/out was easy. Walgreens, Starbucks and chick-fil-a are attached to the hotel which made it convenient if you needed something. Bars and restaurants are walking distance as well. I will definitely be staying at Omni for my next charlotte trip!

I had a wonderful stay here and I would absolutely stay here again! Nicole at the front desk was very professional and told me where everything was in the hotel and surrounding areas. Savannah at the poolside bar makes the best drinks and created an upbeat atmosphere for everyone!

Very nice property and would stay again. My only complaint was the breakfast. There was no signage or indicator of cost for the breakfast buffet. We were shocked when we received our breakfast bill.

Stayed one night. Room service food was great although we were hesitant to order as it is usually not that good. You can hear cars just peeling off here and there. It is pet friendly so I am glad my lil pup could stay as well!

We had to pay $55 a day for parking . WiFi was $10 a day. Rooms there are expensive enough parking and WiFi should be included

Fantastic stay, best I've had in awhile! Staff was SO welcoming and friendly, and gave us a free early check-in which was very unexpected considering how early we arrived. So many restaurants and activities within walking distance. It was pouring rain the first day and we could get where we needed to go because of the connected walkways that go to nearby buildings. Clean, well appointed room with great city views. We'll definitely stay again!

Staff were very friendly and extended our check out time for us so we could enjoy the pool in the morning. The location was incredibly convenient to restaurants and attractions in Charlotte. The only downsides were the noise level outside our room (we were on the pool floor) and a slightly broken toilet. The kids had a fabulous time.
