First room toilet plugged. Second room was dirty. Black/brown dust on lights and towels. Tub had orange rusty water. One roll of toilet tissue. Furniture was scratched. Tv remote sticky. Bag take-away breakfast. Inedible banana because it had been refrigerated. I told girl at the desk and she chewed me out because I hadn’t read the description online better. She continued to pluck at her face mask (already brown) as she berated me. She said she would have had her manager talk to me but she was late to work. Add that to the list.

Old hotel in need of maintenance. Multiple cracks in the walls. Rusting railings and outside structures. Cobwebs in the room.

The property wasn't clean it was dark and dingy the shower was dirty the bathroom needs so much work the room needs touch ups badly its like staying in a motel i called to get a refund the next day due to a supervisor not being in and i completely got the run around they kept putting me on hold and lying about the supervisor where abouts first it was she was unavailable then it was she was out of town until Wednesday overall i would not recommend this hotel to anyone dont waste your time or money

Highly disappointed at this location. We were in need of a place to stay the night, which charged us 3x the average price. We arrived closed to midnight, trying to find a place to spend 1 1/2 nights. Our room had few holes in the wall by the bed (reported to the management) there were only 3 outlets in the room (which one was to plug either the microwave or the mini fridge; both could not be connected) we only had one lightbulb working ( which it was also addressed with front desk staff) when I informed staff I was told maintenance would come in at 10 a.m. to fix it; unfortunately they never arrived. And finally, breakfast was advertised; unfortunately we have different concepts of breakfast since we were given a brown paper bag with a piece of fruit, a cereal bar, a kid size juice and yogurt. ( sadly my husband didn’t get lucky enough and he only got a cereal bar, mini juice and a fruit). Again for over $1000 for 1 1/2 nights, this was by far the worst experience of my life.

I was booked to stay in a room that had trash in it never was cleaned then upgraded to a standard suite on the 5th floor

When we got their the doors to get into hotel from the back parking lot we’re not working so we either had to get someone inside to prop door open for us or we had to walk all the way around to the main entrance. The hallways were very dark and not lit well and the tvs were all off line and nothing was posted in the lobby that the tvs weren’t working. We found out from other guests. They were remodeling the restaurant and kitchen so grab and go sacks were available at breakfast and they weren’t the best

I cannot tell you about my stay because I didn’t get the opportunity to stay there. I booked 10 rooms for my employees when we got there there was no power talk to the staff member at front desk instructed us that he could not check us in or cancel our reservations Cancel through Hotels.com and I’m still out thousands of dollars for 10 rooms and three nights stay I had to take 20 people and move them an hour south to Akron and then after numerous phone calls to the motel and numerous times of being hung up on i’m still out thousands of dollars out of pocket. Worst experience I’ve ever had The circumstances that were out of my control I cannot get reimbursed for my loss

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast when it was advertised

The floor is the room was filthy. The sink never drained

When we got there, it took us forty minutes to find someone to help us at the front desk.There was literally no one we walked around the entire facility, screaming. We did, however, find children playing in a banquet room. Our room was okay.We were very impressed by The area and structure of the pool, it was a very neat building! Too bad the jacuzzi was under renovation. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. And I have never walked out of a hotel breakfast! All in all, it was an okay. Stay a little on the outskirts of downtown and not so expensive.

First check in time I feel is very late, 4pm. Got there at 3:30 and had to pay early check in fee. I had somewhere to be at 4. Asked for toothpaste, said they'd bring it, never got it. Got in late, tv didn't work, asked desk to have someone look at it next day. Got back next night, tv not working. Would have called desk, but no cord hooked to phone. About feel down the broken concrete steps because rail falling off wall. No door handle on closet, knob to adjust refrigerator temp missing, soda can exploded overnight, bathtub grab bar screws missing and loose. Lots and Lots of repairs need done at this hotel!!

room smelled awful and ac did not work.

This is definitely one of the lower end hotels in independence, Ohio and that is exactly what I get for being cheap. Normally I pay 150 a night for rooms and tonight I decided to only pay $89. It definitely showed they need some upgrades, you got the socket covers coming off , one end table lamp, really small room.

Old and in terrible condition

This property is privately owned so it is probably not really fair to assume all Ramada hotels are this bad, but this one is in dire need of upkeep and repairs. Really run down condition if the building both inside & out. Looks like the owner won't spend a dime. Cracked woodwork, chipping paint, worn out carpet and broken AC in fitness room with no TV and old dirty equipment. Bathrooms and beds are ok but worn out. Feel bad for the staff that they have to work here and juggle the constant complaints.

Reservation was cancelled by hotel due to no power but now I can't get the manager to refund our money. I've been left on hold several times when I attempt to get him on the phone. Expedia needs to speak to him, as well, and he's not answering their calls either. Very unprofessional and the fact that I'm still fighting for a refund after a week is ridiculous.

Doors kept getting propped open from the inside to let others inside from the outside. Never got room service even after requesting it in a span of 5 days. Had to get our own towels and tissue. Floor was slippery and sticky. Smelled like mold. Needs a major renovation.

Was absolutely terrible. No telephone working in room. No bathtub drain stopper. Dirty and depressing environment. No front desk service or welcoming. Overall….terrible stay. Checked out two days early.

The front desk was awesome. We had 4 tornadoes touch down and power out everywhere. They were busy, but still maintained a great attitude. The tvs were down but it was due to the outage. Jacuzzi was broken. I would definitely stay here again

I expect a refund. The facility was generally dirty and decrepit. The room itself smelled, was dirty and in very poor condition, especially the bathroom and bathtub.

Book trip through Expedia, show up to hotel with no power and the front desk man missing. We request refund but it was denied? Avoid this place at all cost! Me and my family were just trying to seek shelter with power. Expedia showed they had like 4 rooms available. But Expedia also didn’t show that the building had no power.

Need to get reimbursed,I went to check in , the hotel didn’t have any electricity, no check in at all, it was booked on line , Expedia has to return the payment to us.

Unclean

Carpet wasn't vacuumed previous people popcorn. Bed had a staple under covers. Lights hanging by wires in pool area. No hairdryer in room Unable to provide one and wouldn't let me use one in a empty room.
