We loved our stay, we loved every min from the check in to check out. We will be returning. Clean rooms, hot tub hot. The pool could use a heater being it’s an inside outside pool. We just decided not to be freezing. Stayed in hot tub.

I find it hard to understand how an architect can put a handicapped accessible room on the third floor. If you are confined to a wheelchair or can barely get around with a walker you are toast in case of fire. I would not recommend the $17 breakfast either, I've had better free breakfasts at other motels.

Good overall experience. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and had good amenities with large TV with HBo and cable, small fridge, microwave iron and ironing board and a very comfortable bed
The pool is small but nice with towels and seating with tables chairs and lounges. All within a hotel courtyard.
Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. Oatmeal. Fruit, pastries, English muffins, and juice and coffee.
The location is adjacent to major highways so access to downtown is fast and easy and there are decent restaurants and stores within blocks
Overall a good experience and I would go back.

Reserved 3 rms, nowhere did is tell us they only cover 2 guest for breakfast per room, everyone must pay16.95 per person. It was less than average breakfast with poor service. This is the same breakfast they have offered in the past, only no drinks. Due to 2 banquet rooms being rented by an outside party, all the parking was taken leaving us to park in the back of the building when we returned early evening on day 3 of our stay. Addressed this with front desk, none they could do about the parking. Would not recommend IHG if this is their customer service practice.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Complimentary water bottles in the room was a nice touch.
Pool area was closed for repairs but that wasn’t disclosed when I booked so I had a very disappointed family.
No complimentary breakfast either.
Checkout was smooth.

We were just there for a night, but the accommodations were nice. There was some hair on the shower wall when we got there, that was concerning.

Property was fairly recently renovated, I believe. The rooms were nice, everything was clean. There was ample space in the lobby to sit and relax, tables with comfy chairs and other comfy furniture to spend some quiet time outside the room. The ice machine worked fine, the bathroom was up to date. Wish it had been a smart TV, but that wasn't a huge deal. It was very conveniently located as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! It’s very welcoming from the time you walk through the front doors. Our room was nice and cool, there were bottles of water waiting, and the beds were so comfortable. We had plenty of room with places to sit and to put luggage. I would highly recommend!

I would have given this a better rating except for the curtains. There are only small curtains on either side of the window. So, you couldn't close the heavy curtains at night. There was only the sheer curtains to block the window. This allowed a lot of light to enter the room at night which wasn't ideal for sleeping.

So the staff and property are amazing! However, we were not told there would be a convention going on and a take over of the hotel for a baseball tournament. The pool area is packed and no where to even sit! The kids are extremely loud and the parents are drinking alcohol and not paying attention to their teenagers. We also we put in a pool room and the noise is beyond what it should be for a hotel! Just very disappointing as this was our first stay with Holiday Inn and was hoping for a much better experience. ☹️

Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This is amont worst service for all the hotels I stayed on Hotels.com

When we checked in we were informed that the pool was no longer imdoors and itbjad restricted hours, which we were not informed of prior to arriving, bit the general manager was very nice and showed is great customer service and she upgraded us to a king suite

Stuck on the airplane for 8 hours because of the weather and couldn’t land in KC, after finally landing and getting to the hotel at 4am they tell me my room was sold because I didn’t check in… I can’t quite check in when I’m stuck on an airplane. Front desk lady was extremely rude on top of it all.
