Berry dirty rooms. First room given wasn't cleaned and had to be assigned new room. Dust and spider web in corners of room, and stained lamp shades. Property only has 2 parking spots per staff and they are first come first serve. There is subterranean parking Uber hotel but it is public and you pay the public rate. Main lobby had foul odor. Only stayed because I arrived very late. Went to bed in my clothing and slept for 4.5 hours and checked out at 05:30. I couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Employees were very friendly. Putting the "don't make up my room" (it actually says "I'm still sleeping") means they will come after noon and still make your room. I asked the reception to please ensure that our room is not entered but to no avail.
Washroom is very small and your knees may touch the wall when using the toilet.
Our twin bed had top up mattresses that move easily. Only one side of the bed had a power outlet.
The location is pretty good and within about 10 minutes walking distance from the train station.

It's ok, nothing special. No minibar to cool your drinks which kinda sucks during summer. But friendly and easy to access, great location as well.

Aside from that, although well located, hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer:
room was small, bathroom minuscule, tiny bed.
Decoration and matetials date back from the 70's and look very cheap.

An excellent location but the building is decaying.

The trip to Strasbourg was uneventful and I was looking forward to reaching the hotel but upon arrival I was bitterly disappointed. The room was small with an even smaller bathroom. The décor was from the late sixties to early seventies and the feeling was that this hotel needed a full facelift or to be rebuilt. I did not like it all. Staff we not pleasant either.

For the price it’s just ok. Very old hotel, the room was clean but not in good condition (you See That the room and the fourniture and the bathroom have Not been replaced in many years).
TV didn’t work from time to time. There is a Window you can cover in the bathroom and it’s freaky because people from outside could See you.
Overall ok for a cheap stay. Location of the hotel is quite ok too (we have no car)

Breakfast was nice and enough. But the lady right in front of the breakfast desk was not polite at all and she was checking every Client with the reception desk ladies by loudly asking about confirmation on the information given by us.
The room was small and bathroom was very tiny.
But the location was awesome. 3-4 min walking distance to Petit-France and old town.

Well located to Petite France and inner city even to walk. Hotel was clean - staff were very pleasant and helpful - bfast was ok but need to do something better with boiling eggs at bfast😡
Rooms were small so were the beds. Nil wardrobe just a few shelves for two people meant living out of suitcase for three days.

Hotel room is really puny so we had to shift things around to put one big luggage and one small luggage. Shower screen didn't really keep the water in, so the floor was always wet - something I didn't appreciate during winter. The bed was really a thin mattress laid on a bed frame but was still comfortable with the thick duvet.
Staff was great though, always greeting with a smile and helpful with all requests - nail clipper and late check out

Very small room and bathroom but it's OK 8for sightseeing when you need just a place to sleep. Excellent breakfast with a lot of sweet, savoury or healthy options. Friendly and kind staff. Great location between two tram stations.

Very good, well situated, quiet right next to the river for a nice walk. Food at breakfast very good, staff kept a constant flow no matter how busy. Had 3 evening meals good but could have been hotter.

Both of us are Disabled and the room was perfect for our needs ie too in shower and a Disabled parking bay for our car. Staff were very helpful. Well done.

The staff is so kind and helpful! Two things that took us three days to discover that would be helpful to others: 1) You can get coffee & croissant at the bar instead of full breakfast quickly and inexpensively. 2) The hotel is on the edge of Petite France and we walked close to 10 miles a day getting to the middle of town. We then discovered the tram station is across the street and very easy to use. We highly recommend this hotel!

This Hotel is conveniently located, and has the amenities one could wish for. We dined in the restaurant one evening, although it was convenient after a long day of exploring the city, the food was rather disappointing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay, just eat elsewhere.

Great for a short stay in Strasbourg. Very close to Musée d'Art Modèrne tram stop for trams to the city centre, university and Faubourg National (for Strasbourg railway station).

The room's A/C worked very well the first night but didn't work at all for the 2nd night. Since it was Sunday and there were no technician on duty. We were arranged with another room but the A/C was dripping. We were arranged to the 3rd room but the A/C was also not working.
