Great and friendly staff. There where spots in the shower and hair in the tub which makes me believe that the cleaning is not done thoroughly. The usb plugs under the tv don’t work.

The hotel did not accept our request for half an hour late checkout even though they were not busy at all. there is no bottle water in the room, no included breakfast either.

The room and bathroom were new and clean. Comfortable. The breakfast was convenient even if you had to pay (not expensive). Sandeep at the breakfast was very helpful and attentive to the customers. A good experience and would go back to this hotel.

I liked that it was recently renovated, quiet, and that the flooring in the room was not carpeted. The king-sized bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy. It’s also within walking distance to the lake, which is fabulous!!

The front desk staff were cheerful, friendly and very willing to take the time to answer our questions. Sandi, who assisted us in the breakfast room served us with a smile and pleasant conversation, making sure that we had everything we needed. Excellent service, clean and comfotable room, great bed and pillows. And a 10 minute walk to the waterfront.

Noisy. They were doing renovations. And there was a room people kept walking in and out and the door kept slamming shut. Instead of putting a door stopper to keep the door from slamming everytime someone walked in and out. They just decided to leave it that way without one. I worked nights and went to sleep at 630am. I didnt sleep all day. I check out and not returning to the hotel. People need to use their heads once in a while.

The rooms were exceptional clean. The only slight drawback was that the tv did not work, and since i was too tired it didn't really brother me. The front desk was very friendly and professional.
