I had to check in here with my mom since it’s closest to the hospital. First day i already saw a cockroach inside the room, the floor is dirty looks like they have never changed it for decades. The breakfast is the only thing i like and the staff is on the friendly side.

Elevator inspection expired May 2024 and we visited 8/31/24-9/1/24 and that was the most recent inspection. Elevator worked perfectly fine but the guy at the counter asked if anything was wrong and that was literally it haha. Amazingly friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were so clean and the hotel was gorgeous.

the staff was great I originally had planned on being there for 7 days but due to a vehicle breakdown that I had I needed to move to a different location but I enjoyed my stay at Ramada

The bed was great and the ac was freezing cold 60 degrees! Everything i look for in a room. It did not smell like cigarettes and was clean. A little out dated but it definitely served its purpose!

I booked two rooms for family the morning of our stay. We thought room were perfect. The beds were very comfortable. I really didnt notice anything wrong.

Very friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable beds

The stay was not great! Our door to our room did not close at all. When we tried to change rooms, the evening staff tried to put us in another room that happened to be occupied. The staff seemed to be high and did not even know they had rented out that room. Finally later they send someone to fix the door. The maintenance man seemed to think he had fixed the issue. He did get the door to close, however the lock on the door did not work or engage. We had previously told them of this issue as well. We could not keep our personal items in the room due to this. The hotel was very dirty, seemed like something or someone had urinated in the hall in the carpet, there was trash at alot of the doors, and people were spitting in the hallways on the floors as well. The first day there one of the only two elevators was not working, by the next day they were both out. The air in our room sounded like it was going out and it did not work all too great. The morning staff however was very apologetic. We were told by the evening "high" staff that we would receive $50 off our stay....... when we checked out our total did not reflect that, it was only about $40 off. Then when we left, we found that our truck had been badly doored and scratched. Not that, that was fault of the facility, but overall it was a terrible experience other than the morning staff. She was very sorry and tried to be helpful.

It was a great lil get away. The front desk was on point!! Very friendly and welcoming 🙂 The pool was very inviting, clean and comfy with pool towels outside for convience. The restaurant inside the hotel has closed but Johnny's pizza just a cpl steps away is so worth the walk! The hotel looks like its been updated recently but needs some love and attention to the little things. All the doors were dirty with hand prints all the way down the hall. And my door did not close without me making sure the mechanism was engaged to lock when i left. Otherwise my door was completely open and unlocked. I will say i would stay again all and all 6 outta 10.

It was too dark, no outside lights

Nice patio outside room and very comfortable bed.

Elevator was out of order and the check clerk never told us on checkin. Room was ok- lots of evidence of repair work on walls and doors unfinished. Remote control To the tv did not work, soap dispenser empty in the bathroom.

The front desk receptionist was very untrained and couldn’t complete multiple check ins and the hotel is falling apart they made sure the front lobby looked good but the rest of the hotel is very outdated and needs renovations done for the price they are asking

Minus the stale donuts on the floor and condom packages in the bathroom it was a pretty decent spot

The outside area was beautiful, nice walkways, trees for shade, sitting area outside my room with chairs and view of the pool, which unfortunately was not open during my stay. Breakfast was adequate - cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon, juice, coffee, hot water, bananas. No ketchup/hot sauce or yogurt.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. We had been riding all day on the Amtrak Train from New Orleans and were very tired since it was after midnight when we arrived in Gainesville, GA. Thanks for a really good night's rest.

Beds were comfortable, wasn’t the cleanest place. Elevator was sketchy, and we booked with hopes of a pool, but even though the pool was supposed to be open it wasn’t. Because of a large event in the area it was too late to find someone new once we got there. Super disappointed

Was afraid to walk on the floor bare footed. Air unit rattled all night, in need of updating in a bad way

It was suitable for a brief one night stay, but was not well cleaned and most everything was worn and needed updating. Staff was pleasant and price was suitable.

Room floors were dirty.

One of the 2 elevators were broken. We got stuck on the other one and had to use the emergency call box for them to let us out. The hotel is in great need of repairs. Holes in several walls. Ladies bathroom had a hole in the tile wall that was 18” x 24” that was cover with a piece of wood. Would never recommend this location.

Horrible property. Carpet must be decades old. Dirty, moldy smelling rooms, AC not working with humidity control. This place should be condemned and razed.

There was a roach in the coffee machine. A missing light fixture with exposed wiring in the bathroom. The front desk denied us towels and said we’d receive new ones only “when a cleaning lady happens to come by”
