The pictures on hotels .com are obviously photoshopped and I feel duped in believing this was a nice place! There isn’t an inch of this place that doesn’t need a major renovation! Sorry folks but this is not worth the half the money you are charging for this place!

Stay as far away from this place as possible.

We always stay here when in Corner Brook the s customer service is always excellent and the rooms are always very clean.

The stay was good. But hotel needs a lot of upgrading.
Some rooms were dull and dirty.
More care needs to be taken when cleaning rooms, especially making the beds.

It is a great place to lay your head for a few nights, rooms were dated and not very clean. The restaurant downstairs made us all sick. Besides that it was okay

I was given a room with no cleaning done, changed our room. Then housekeeping was rude. No towels in new room. Front desk clerk was fine and helpful. My family and I was given a pet room very dirty and hair everywhere I slept with socks on. Very disappointed. I always go to this hotel and this time very disappointed as I have allergies to dogs and became sick while there. I voiced my opinion to the front desk but nothing done. This is why I can’t give this place stars and good reviews. Thank you

Hotel is very dated and needs some upgrades.. carpet in rooms are old and disgusting, all lamp shades are in bad shape.. tv is to old to hook up an Apple TV to be able to watch Netflix’s

Our stay at the Greenwood was fair! Although the property hasn’t been modernized, cleaned in the slightest since 2020 when I stayed here last, it’s what you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. Staff were friendly, breakfast in the hotel was great!

This property is so run down. The carpet is so stained and old in both the rooms, halls, and the area outside the pool. Staff were friendly and the location was good but the pool leaves a lot to be desired. The pool is very info the way in the basement. It is very small and dark. There area before you go into the pool area is not very clean- very dirty carpet. The washrooms outside the pools area were never clean during my stay. This location has potential but the hotel needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep to be up to average standards.
