Over all, fantastic stay. Only complaint, my keys kept not working. Every staff member was smiling and greeting every guest I seen them interacting with.

The stay was perfect location! There was a lot of convenience in the stores around, but the wifi was bad and the floor of the bedroom made our socks literally black. I also always bring a magic eraser and lysol, and the shower water turned brown after one scrub. It happens, but! Gross lol

We had a water backup in the tub when taking a shower. Told the receptionist about it and she called maintenance and they fixed it while we were out to dinner. Excellent service. Receptionist was also very cordial.
The breakfast in the morning was way above expectation. Very good!

I don't think the cost matched the condition. First, the queen sized bed was more like a full sized bed. The AC got very cold then would cut off and get warm. The AC would turn on and off so often that it was hard to sleep. Lastly, the photos in the review make the hotel look freshly painted and nicer than it was. I don't see myself booking with this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and quick to help. Overall the quality of the hotel was not good. The lobby and exterior were very nice. Once we entered the room we noticed it was very humid, the carpet felt wet, there was a blood streak in the bed so we were moved to a second room. The second room had sticky floors and a stain across the lamp shade. I cannot say I would ever stay here again.

I really liked my stay at this property. The staff was amazing at check in, they answered all my questions.
The room was “weird” when I first walked in but only because of the set up. However was recently updated. The bathrooms could use more lighting but otherwise I didn’t have any issues.
The gentleman working during checkout was rather rude and not friendly.
I would stay again for sure!

$200 cash deposit required at check in, room refrigerator unplugged and everything else was plugged into an extension cord that was shut off. Staff was snippy (but that may have been because I was not pleasant about having to go find a back to withdraw a cash deposit before I could check in). Room appears clean but not updated.

It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great. First, the positive; very friendly and responsive staff, clean and good location for a great price.
Now the not so great. If you like the sound of freight trains all night this is your spot. All night, about 40 feet from our room freight trains rumbling past. The shower took 5 minutes to work up to warm and sometimes the toilet tank wouldn’t fill. We asked the desk about the toilet and were told “that happens when someone is doing laundry”.
We were in town for a funeral so all we really needed was a place to sleep, get ready and relax a bit. It met the basics that we needed.

Great experience sheila at check in greated us with a friendly smile and hello got us all checked in room was perfect. The bed was nice and comfortable Krissy was serving breakfast that day food was nice and hot with plenty of great choices. After a long day a quick dip in the heated pool was great thanks and big shout out to all the great staff.......We always look forward to our stay here with your hotel thank you

I really enjoyed the staff!! Angie and Robin was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean! Breakfast was good. Krissy the breakfast ambassador was very friendly and made sure to keep up with breakfast. All in all it was a very nice stay. I would recommend

Hotel was very dated and had a funny smell. Our first set of sheets had a crust on them in multiple spots, had to request new sheets. The toilet seat was old and extremely worn. The couch in the room was stained in multiple spots. The women at the front desk were nice. I would not recommend staying at this hotel without serious renovation.

Door to room stuck. Took all my might to open it from inside to get out of room. Bathroom very tiny. No trash can in room. Breakfast bar was very limited and terrible w very little to choose from. No options. Eggs and sausage. Allergies to eggs and sausage too greasy and couldn’t eat. Seldom anyone at front desk to greet. Will not stay there again. Very disappointed. 😟

The bed was extremely comfortable. I have difficulty in most hotels but this bed did not cause me discomfort.
The remote didn’t work…lol. But overall the room was comfortable and very spacious. I have a housekeeping business, so it wasn’t quite up to my standard of clean, but it was tolerable.

Checking in, there was no staff at the counter. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to assist us. After checking in and going to the room, found the door was propped open and the bed not made. Told front desk and they sent house keeping person to come finish making the bed. Also found that the bathroom was not cleaned, and had no towels. Sink had what appeared to be sticky pink soda on it. Front desk said they would have towels brought to room but did not, so I found the towel cart in the hallway and was able to get a few small hand towels to use. Found beer bottle caps and toe nails on the floor by the bed. Inside pool was cold due to the pool water heater broke, and had no pool towels to use.
I understand they may be short staffed and over worked, but they need to figure out how to fix it and do better.

This facility appears to have been recently updated. We checked in and our room was fairly stale smelling with quite a few dead bugs on the window sill. NO big deal. The halls had a strong smell but the room overall was comfortable and clean. They must have been having issues as maintenance started working later in the evening. When we asked the front desk how long the work would continue, they asked if we were bothered by the noise. The front desk clerk suggested a room move. The second room was cleaner and just as comfortable, quieter as well. Overall quite a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff was disorganized. The morning cleaning service began working very early and were extremely loud waking us up every morning. Even with a “do not disturb” sign on the door. We stayed three nights and would never go back. Hotel 6 experience for a very high price.

Nice to have the hot breakfast, but it was not well attended. One day items were gone long before closing time, and another day some items that needed to be hot, were barely warm. Overall, 3 day stay rates an 'Average' rating. Not bad, nothing special.
