Easy access from highway, easy and quick check in, room was clean and comfortable.

The bed was too hard. I slept very little. The breakfast was disappointing. Waffles were the only hot food even though there were hot serving dishes available for more variety. The bagels were too hard to chew. The coffee was good. So was Cracker Barrel next door which is where we ended up eating breakfast.

The property was clean and had enough parking and easy access to gas stations and a few restaurants. We were in town for one of the smaller colleges football games and it was a great location.
The breakfast was very limited, but satisfied. (Cold items, waffles, and toasted bread products).
The room could use some minor updates, but that didn’t bother us that much as we were primarily there to sleep and get ready.
The major downside was that when we checked in on Friday we were told the pool was not open but would be open on Saturday. We completely understood, but the pool did not reopen on Saturday either.
Overall a good hotel for what we needed but wish the pool was open

The room smelled strongly of mildew and also proved very noisy -- with dogs barking at regular intervals all night in the room across the hall, plus 18-wheelers sounding jake brakes on nearby I-70 at irregular intervals. Bring earplugs and possibly nose plugs! Or perhaps the motel managers might place people traveling with pets in rooms next to each other, away from others, so that people without pets don't have to enjoy the barking all night? Also, check in and check out were slow. But otherwise the room was OK, clean with a comfy bed and fridge, etc. And the location was convenient for interstate travel.

Complicated to find hotel but generally OK. highway construction and odd location for hotel makes it a bit difficult to access. Older property that is pretty well kept. Bed good. Room OK. Staff helpful.

Good no frills hotel. Good pool. Good Customer Service. Nice and quiet, right next to Cracker Barrel. Continental breakfast wasn't much, they did have a waffle maker...and coffee 24/7. It was a good stay.

The staff is outstanding! Always pleasant and helpful. Things to note: this is an aged property. It does not have a USB charger anywhere in the room. There are very few outlets in the room to plug in all of your electronics to charge. Not all of the outlets work. I didn’t see a blow drier. Could be a pro or con - no carpet. The steam from the shower set off the fire alarm. There is no elevator. The breakfast makes basic seem grand. Yes, there was a waffle maker but the batter was very thin and that made the waffle hollow. They had bread for toast and cereal. I didn’t see fruit or yogurt. There was juice but it seemed watered down. They do not do a daily room refresh and did not bring towels or take trash during my entire stay. I wouldn’t stay here again by choice, but they were so nice if I had no other option it would not be the worst thing to happen.

I’ve stayed at this Baymont before and I’ve never had any problems and didn’t have any of this visit either. The area is close to restaurants, gas stations & shopping. You can easily walk to the Cracker Barrel, which is right next-door if you choose that option. Easy on and off access to the highway. I didn’t take advantage of the pool, but it was there and was available for use if I’d wanted to. Also didn’t take advantage of the breakfast that was provided, but they were plenty of breakfast options and the waffle maker sure was given off a nice melt and those making waffles. The room was clean & comfortable. The bed was soft pillows were great perfect for sleeping. The AC was chilling. The area felt safe to me and I would definitely stay there again.

The check-in staff member, Cari, was exceptional. She clearly had the comfort and welfare of the guests as her first priority. She made an average motel into a great one.

Room was sparse and mostly clean, desperately in need of a renovation. Route 70 is just outside of thin walls and windows, be aware of truck braking and highway noise all night. The air conditioner was putting out a putrid fecal aroma so had to turn that off and open the window that just amplified the noise. Staff was friendly, breakfast adequate but minimal.

The stay wasn’t bad we were on a vacation and stopped for the night overall the hotel was great just wish their was a bigger breakfast selection than what was given.

The older woman at the counter was pleasant and helpful with our 10 PM arrival. Room was basically OK with no frills. Nice new carpet in hallway. Resin sink was scratched and stained badly. My wife needs help in restroom and it was crowded with two of us. The first floor room's windows were not adequately safe on the first floor. Need something like a 2x4 lumber to brace the window so it could not be slid open. Was a great price value. Need more sweetner in coffee packs.

The lady checking me in was very nice when I went to my room the people in the room above me were very noisy and jumping around I had a hard time sleeping the finally calmed down at midnight other than that it was a good stay

Given a room 2nd floor no elevator so lug your luggage up the steps through 4 doors. Open the room door a roach greeted us. I go to turn on the bathroom light and the switch is broken. Husband sat on the bed and nearly went to the floor mattress was awful. We tried to decided to leave he we went into the shower to see how well it might work omg it wouldn’t even pull up from the tub looked up the shower wasn’t connected and the ceiling was covered in mold. Yep we gathered our bags and went down to check out and all they kept saying it was just recently remodeled. I work construction and if that is recently remodeled I would hate to see it before.
