Hotel was loud! It is right on the freeway. Rooms are basic, I guess fine if need an inexpensive place to stay when passing through.

Very strange experience. The cleaning person decided to clean upholstered chair and bench in my room, during the day. I came back to my hotel room and discovered my personal items had been moved, with the heater turned to 78 degrees to "Help dry out the chair." I'm still trying to figure out why this kind of cleaning was necessary during my stay. It made me feel nervous and awkward, so I had to go through my things to ensure everything was accounted for. As an aside, the refrigerator in my room did not work.

Only stayed for one night, bed was comfortable. Room was mostly clean but one of my towels was dirty. Friendly staff, I’m sure they would have changed it if I’d asked but I didn’t end up needing it anyway
It was also tricky to get into my room the key card was very temperamental and always took me a few minutes to get in
But overall a decent stay, would stay again if needed to.

When we arrived, the door to the room was open, there were dirty footprints on the floor, we found dirty rags on the floor, there was no basket in the bathroom to throw away the trash

Quality Inn is not what it use to be. Dirty, broken, uncomfortable bed . Holes in bed cover. Dirty tub.
Mosquitoes in the room. Will not stay there again.

The young lady when we arrived, Alexis a very friendly and helpful young lady who let us check in early. Our rooms were spotless this is a good hotel, there are some homeless types in the area. Other than that this is a good hotel it was clean and close to shops etc, we would stay again.

The price was right for a late night quick stop. Staff was nice, breakfast made up for its short comings. Toilet never flushed properly so we held it until we hit the aquarium. Plastic mattress cover was weird but at least we didn’t get eaten up.

The elevator is clearly being used as a human toilet. The stench of urine was overwhelming. Inside the room, the carpet and chair were heavily stained; light fixture cover plates missing so wires were exposed. Would not recommend.

Booked this property at 12.30 while waiting outside. Got 2 rooms. Travelling with small kids and elderly parents. Had to phone the attendant to come to the office as the office was closed. Gave me 2 room keys took an outdoor elevator to go to the room that stunk of urine. Got the rooms, took the top cover of the beds only to find blood on the them. Phoned the attendant to come up and take a look. Refused to do so. Told me I can check out and my booking will be canceled and refunded. I asked him to give a different room that is clean and again refused to do so.

Property is outdated, it was okay for one - two nights, breakfast was served in a very small are, they ran out of coffee for both days and we were told by the front office reception that it was not her issue as she was on vacation the last five days.

Room was dirty. Bathroom has mold and rust on tub and fixtures. There was trash under the bed. The matress on the beds had plastic making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Remind guests that their key card is magnetic, so keep away from cell phones and other magnetic sources for a bumble free stay.

Next to In N Out and the 101 freeway. Nice clean room. No bugs (a big ). Free breakfast (cereal with milk, waffles, eggs, bacon, etc.) So can't complain.

Overall the place was ok, only issue was the dining options and on the app it said it had laundry service. However, when checking in and asking if it was available for customers to use there was none. A bit of false advertisement.

I dindt like the stay @ Quality Inn i had alot of problems with the keys opening the room and had to ask the staff to open the room with tje master room.Staff was not really friendly like they should of been.I ask the supervisor to give me a discount on the room.Sge said that tjey would ask expedia to help me out on that.My brother Martin who also stay there with his wife had also alot of problems with the keys issue.He eventually had to change rooms because of the problem with the keys.
