There were no bugs. That's the positive.

Great room to relax in very quiet

Costumer service is terrible. The was smoking in the office where u checks in the place was stink of cigarettes. The rooms was moldy the bed sheets was dirty the pillow cases was brown not white. Everything about the problem property was filthy. Worst stay ever. I won’t recommend any one to stray there.

I had the pleasure of an extended stay at this property. The staff all the way from housekeeping to Maintenence to office staff made me feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this property for short term or long-term stay.

This property is full of bed bugs!!!!!!! We had to leave in the middle of the night and we ended up bringing some of them home no were struggling to get them out of our house! DEFINITELY DO NO GO HERE

Decent hotel for the price, clean with friendly staff. If you love a firm mattress, this is the place for you!

It was the most disgusting place I have stayed at in Bossier City. The manager was very rude, we never received service. We had to call for towels daily & one day did not receive towels until 3pm. The manager refused to magnetize our room key & said we had to be back to the hotel before 9pm in order to get back into the room! DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The place was clean hot water works and the AC was perfect.

The Manager is very unprofessional and unprofessional aware of the appliances that are in certain rooms.....Needs to be reported to the B.B .B

I've noticed if you book on hotel.com.You get the rooms that are not a best quality

I guess if you book through hotels.com you get the BAD ROOMS this one looks nothing like the pictures shown. They room next door to me the couple has fought 2 nights in a row yelling, screaming punching throwing her into the wall front desk should have called Police or kicked them out for disturbing the peace.im sure it was reported by other guest

Locks did not work on door.

Room was in poor condition. Sink detached from counter top without touching it. Towel holder was barely hanging on. Tub was very slippery. Towels are terrible rough and small. No fridge and felt unsafe at night. Casino will take your money. Lol

The room was clean, the bed was a King size. The locks worked, had hot water. It was worth the money.

Not a bad motel but the 3 ladies at the front desk were so busy talking that she gave me 2 keys for a room upstairs instead of downstairs. 2 ladies were working and 1 was off work apparently and was a distraction.

Not a good experience. Bedding had burn holes, room smelled like cigarette smoke.went to get some towels and they said that they didn't have anymore. The room didnt have an ironing board or iron. AC would turn off and buttons didnt work. Had to unplug to turn off the AC unit. Doors did unlock properly.

Really no problems

Check in was good. Room wasn’t great. The tub needed to be changed. Neither my husband or I would take a bath or shower. Bed was comfortable. Could tell fridge was old or well used. A/c was falling apart but worked good. Floors were dirty. Room could stand a professional paint job.

lol No fridge, call manager she said they’d bring one. No one showed up. We called twice. Old beds, definitely need an upgrade. Choose this particular hotel because of bar room on premises. It’s closed permanently. Cafe is too. Bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, stuff all over it. Staff was friendly.

The stay was decent. It’s a gamble when getting assigned a room with a frig or microwave. Wait to make your dinner plans. The internet is very poor. Each time I’ve stayed it was difficult to use because of the weak signal. But overall, I don’t mind coming back.

When we arrive and checked our room one of the beds had blood spots on the sheets and I had to call the front desk twice before they sent a man to change the bed when he came he was rude he came up the stairs and the first thing he said was where was it at on the sheets very rudely and I should him and he gone say it’s not blood what I want him to I told him to change it because if he don’t I’m not sleeping on it so he went and got some more sheets and pillow cases to change them with a attitude. The next morning when I was on the balcony drinking coffe I watched him go in the room next door without any linen our cleaning items and he just made them beds he looks like he is on some drugs I don’t want him to know what car I was leaving in so he would not go into my room I will not ever stay there again. He also stated that he know the owner for some kind of threat that is not a place to stay also the beds are hard and very uncomfortable they are some old pillow tops it feel like you sleeping on springs

Very old and dirty. The bed was so hard. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Asked for extra towels and it took 2 hours to receive. We had to call 3 times. The pool was so green and full of trash. We had a crack head knocking on the door at 430 am asking to use the phone

There was barely any hot water. When I asked if I could have a room with a microwave I was told that amenities were limited which is understandable however when I asked if I could use the microwave that was placed up front I was told no.. not only do you need to eat your food hot before getting to the hotel but you also need to bring your own cooler because there is also no fridge.. my pillow cases were dirty and when I told the staff about it I was told that house keeping didn’t leave a key so I had to deal with the nastiest pillow cases I’ve seen at a hotel.. luckily my boyfriend packed extra things without my knowledge because that was just ridiculous.. the only thing I enjoyed about my stay was the fact the it was close to literally everything but next time I’ll just get the hotel close by

We had no microwave no icebox woke up Saturday no hot water. It was a smoking room but they could have changed the comforter it had burn holes in it and tha sheets looked like it had oil stains in them. The bath towel was brown not white
