My only disappointment is that I couldn’t get to my room early unless I paid $25??? If it is IN FACT ready, I don’t understand why I need to pay, IF it is ready. It was a little frustrating but I went down the street and had lunch and everything worked out.
Other than that, when I did check in (5 minutes early), I was not charged. The front staff was great! The rooms are always nice, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t get breakfast from there so no idea about the food. It is very convenient to the highway, stores and restaurants. I love staying here.

Short stay but really good experience. The front desk personnel were very helpful with some overbooking mistake that I had made. great show of concern and follow-up. Room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was really good; and plentiful.

The staff at the Hampton inn were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was sold out so I could not move my room which was right next to the swimming pool. The pool was open until 10 Pm. Perhaps they could change that to 9 PM for people who had to wake early the next day. Other than that it is a very clean well organized hotel.

We stayed for softball regionals and the staff was friendly and very attentive we stayed for 5 days . They decorated the hotel with balloons and made little softball goodie bags for the girls.

Everything was nice at the Hampton Inn. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Only one shower head with multiple settings which compensated for not having a shower wand. Free breakfast was good. We did not use the pool but it looked well maintained. Convenient location to shopping. We would stay there again.

Very clean and quiet. Since we arrived late we used the no-contact check-in with Hilton Honors. Worked great. did have an opportunity to talk to the staff and they were super friendly. We'd stay here again. (We did not eat any breakfast.)

First off they put me on the 3rd floor right beside the linen closet and they were in and out the closet half the day after check in and the bathroom smelled like some pipes had busted and it smelled like sewage I had to go buy a candle and spray.

We stay here often when visiting family in the area because they are pet friendly and very close to several good restaurants (two right next to the parking lot).Our fur babies are very happy here because they have good areas to walk, and the staff is happy to have them.
