Our stay was not good. The bed was comfy but the sheets were sus. I spray everything down with disinfectant and febreze. When we walked in the room it smelled like someone had not washed their tail in months. They have a no smoking policy but people are definitely smoking outside and running back into the room just in time to have the room smell like drug city central. It was quiet throughout the stay but we only stayed in the room long enough to get rest and got up early every morning. I had to buy cleaning supplies and room spray just so i could get the butt smell out of the room. But one day we turned the A/C off and the smell was back. Atleast they gave us a set of towel every night some of then still had makeup residue from past guess. They should get rid of the stained linens. The person who cleans the room probably doest have a dust pan because they put all the floor debri on the sides of the bed. I really needed a swifer and dust pan with me. We saw alot of drug addicts roaming the premise but they didnt bother anyone. I was visiting family in Salisbury so I wanted to be close by on this trip and the town is small so its not alot of hotel choices. My suggestion is spend the extra money and take the 30 minute ride and stay in Charlotte. The front desk ladies were cool.

AC did not cool room. I was exhausted when checking in, so i turned to lowest setting- was luke warm at best

The property was nice no major complaints. I will say the grounds around the hotel leading to restaurants and stores is not conducive to walking. Otherwise, decent place and I appreciated the continental breakfast.

Very clean and the staff was great, but the pool had not been inspected yet so it was closed and that was why we had chosen that hotel

It was okay and easy ti ck. In the hotel clerk was friendly upon ck. In about 8:45 pm.But the shower faucet wouldnt shut off completly leaving a fast drip,which i reported in the am.before leaving. Price okay,floor could have been swept better

Staff was friendly and efficient. We stayed 2 nights. First night was fine. Second night was busier and the walls are thin. It was pretty noisy.

The towels are bed linen were dirty. The floors were really soft feeling like they were going to collapse. Strange people were hanging around the hotel, no elevator. The pictures served it due justice because this hotel catfished us. Uncomfortable stay won’t return.

My husband and I stayed here for the reason they said they had a Pool. The Booking Site didn't say it was an outside pool. So we were disappointed. The Breakfast was slim. Flat Eggs, No Meats of any kind, coffee was Gross. As soon as we walked in the Hallway to our Room we smelled a Strong Amount of Weed and this was a No Smoking on Property Hotel. Told Front Desk and he said he would let someone know but the smell was still there. The Bed was Hard. Our View was a Brick wall of Hotel behind us. The Parking was Very Small and Tight and we had Construction Vehicles blocking us in. There was a Food Truck parked in a One Way parking lot. We were not greeted when I walked in to check in. We will Not stay here again.

This was an overnight stay as I traveled to visit family in Atlanta. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I travel this way again I will stay here again if there is an available room.

Could tell other guests were smoking in their rooms. Horrible smelling everywhere. Breakfast was pretty horrific.
