This was a discounted $100.00 room. All the reviews I read were excellent. I was surprised, if renovations were completed, to see clashing curtain, carpet and bedspread.
The mattress was comfortable. The blankets were super thin. The room did not have heat on which I realized after having trouble sleeping. The temp was about 60 degrees in the room which would be ok with ample blankets. Finally by 2:30 a.m. the room was warmer. Maybe this room hadn't been renovated yet because it did not look like online photos. If the room was warm when we got there and it looked inviting, my review may have béen higher. We will not return .

One night stay. Clean room comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok, not great. Fresh fruit of some kind would have nice. This is a recently renovated hotel. Good for this traveling on a tight budget.

Staffs were kind and friendly. Decent breakfast. I like Vinyl flooring. Please remember, it is a budget friendly motel, so I didn't expect much from the hotel, like a swimming pool or hot spa... The hotel definitely meet my basic needs for one night staying.

The front desk ladies were phenomenal! Wonderful customer service. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Room was clean. Entrance was a little confusing.

We typically don’t post negative reviews but this stay was the worst experience. We chose this location for the great ratings and the unbeatable price but boy was it beyond disappointing. First off, the two staff behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to say “hello” or “welcome”. Nope, instead, they looked at us as though we were aliens and asked if we had reservations. The property is old and run down, hallways and rooms wreaked of an obnoxious air freshener. So obnoxious we could not fall asleep. Judging by the way we were greeted, we didn’t want to create drama by asking for a different room. The property and room is clean but again, run down. Breakfast was below par, soggy eggs and watered down apple juice. We definitely will not stay here again.

A little difficult to find the driveway back to hotel as it sits behinds another busines and their sign isn't out by the road but behind, other than that it was a nicely appointed no frills hotel with a nice size room and very pleasant staff.

While the hotel and stay was okay, it definitely wasn’t the best. While trying to eat breakfast with our toddler, one of the employees had brought her children to work and the child was disruptive and made it so we couldn’t have a quiet breakfast. It also limited my 2yr old from being able to eat breakfast. The hotel had a strong perfume smell as soon as you walked in. We decided not to stay for the second night even though we had paid for it due to it not being a relaxing experience.

Okay place to stay. No elevator which I did not see written anywhere. We had a stroller so very inconvenient to go up and down stairs. Cannot take a bath, only shower. Breakfast was not great at all, would not recommend. Overall if just looking for a place to stay would be fine just don’t think I would stay again, nothing special. Service seemed great though from the little we interacted with them. They also seem to have good security. Could see all the cameras in the lobby. Also only provided with a top sheet on the bed so was happy we brought our own blankets.

I awoke with hundreds of bug bites after my stay here. I informed the front desk and told them to please contact me with the report, as I was concerned about bed bugs. They continued to brush me off and never sent anything to me.

This property was rated 'excellent' on your website. It was adequate however there's no way it should be promoted as excellent. The surrounding area was extremely rough, there's a 6' chain link fence with barbed wire on top like a prison yard around the hotel--however it didn't provide any security as it was completely open on two sides. What was the point of the prison fence? Lobby and hallways were in need of painting, cleaning. The handrail going up the stairs to second floor was not only all chipped but sticky, very dirty. Chairs in the lobby are light yellow but were so dirty and dingy need to be replaced.
Our room was decent with some minor cosmetic issues. It had mostly been updated. Staff was helpful. A bit strange in that some very young children were present, we assumed the parents were working there.

Room wasn't very clean, customer service skills are lacking. Asked a question for front desk clerk and she wouldn't even look up at me when she answered. Just stayed on her phone. Breakfast was horrible. Sausage was rubbery because they heat it up in the microwave.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to find a restaurant. Easy check-in, rooms clean, comfortable and parking was convenient. We will stay again when in the area.

This hotel is very eco friendly. Too much so, they have removed all of the bathtub stoppers. After a long day of travel, it would have been nice to be able to use the tub! I found the mattresses to be too hard for my taste. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the entire hotel was very clean.

Very friendly staff. Bed firm and comfortable. It looks unsafe due to the fact that it is very close to the high way. But it was quiet and safe while we stayed.

I liked that they had a camera system set up that you can see from the front desk area. I was traveling with all of my belongings in my car, so that gave me peace of mind overnight. The front desk staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had, the room was perfect for our one night stay and provided everything we needed.

The area surrounding the hotel is older but it has been completely renovated on the inside and is very nice.

Upon arrival and through observation, the employee cleaning rooms was doing them very quickly, like 5 at a time, past the 2pm arrival time. Observations also showed that day and evening front desk employees were allowed to SIT vs stand at the front desk either on their cell phone or on a computer. In personal past experiences, the receptionist is multitasking and has no time to sit.
The assigned room had not been floor cleaned, as there were cheese puffs and a dog treat behind the door and under a chair. There was also a notation of some dead bugs here and there in drawers. No facial tissue was provided in the room.
The bathroom fixtures are in need of replacing as the tub was starting to crack.
The other concern noted was the IA cannabis store that is front and center driving into the hotel parking lot.
Needless to say, confused why this had such a high rating? We will not be returning for a stay here again.
