The pool and location
The workers were really rude and did not really want to help. I was stuck in a room that smelled of mildew and had mildew in the fridge. There were people running around all night long being loud and when I said something to the front desk help his response was there’s nothing he can do but ask them to calm down like that was at 3 am

The motel smelled funky and there wasn’t a door on the bathroom in my room, which is unacceptable.

I got a handicap room as I preferred
My room was ready at 12 noon. Was told I had to wait till 3pm to check in. For no reason I can think of. Also. The vinyl floors were ALWAYS wet. Not damp. Wet. It actually pooled up in places and made puddles. Weird.

The staff was very friendly
The nightstand was missing the top (had ducktape), and the floor turned my sons socks black after five minutes. Bathroom light turned on a couple of seconds after the fan turned on. It looked like a recent update without some of the final touches yet completed.

Reaked of smoke. Floors not clean. Bed was awful. Website said there was shuttle to airport. There was not.

There was nothing I liked about the place.bad experience the worst stay i ever had staying in a motel
Rooms was not clean my bed and bathroom had a lot of hair and my bed had bed bugs and bit my hand. My hand got about 7 to 8 bites and nothing was done to accommodate me besides just move me to another room and that room still had hair in the bathroom. I never gave a bad review before and this is the first!

my booking didn’t show up from Booking.com and didn’t show it was paid for. I had to rebook that night and pay again. I would one of the payments returned to my card.
