The water view was to the loading of cruise ships. yes you are on the water but what it tells me is words are thin. What they are telling me is you can see the water so pay. Also not communicate that 60 a night to park car their.

Great stay before cruise. Easy to walk along dock and Pikes Place. Great restaurant on property.

Overall the only thing that was good about this hotel was location. Certainly didn't feel like a four star hotel and definitely not worth the price. (Unless you are going on a cruise, and even then, I still wouldn't recommend staying here).
The room was tiny. Trains kept passing by all day/night and were loud if you are on the back side of the hotel. Hotel was showing its age, with everything looking old and smelling musty. The staff was friendly though.

Arrived much earlier than check in time. Planed on leaving bags and walking arround. Front desk went out of the way to find us an available room.

I personally loved the property overall. A few things I didn't care for; coffee bar not well stocked, there was a slight smell of mustiness like mold in the room but nothing overwhelming and I had to request room service (cleaning). The location was perfect, views are to died for, the staff was outstanding, and all that was important to me.

While a great location, we got a room with half a view and most of it was taken up by 3 different cruise ships and all the noise that goes with that going and coming Seems like alot of people come in advance of their cruise and they should be giving those rooms.. Walls are thin and heard neighbors walking above and talking next door. Not peaceful sleeping conditions. For a high priced hotel, there were no shower caps. Need instructions for use or no use of fireplace.

Waterfront dining was very nice, walkable to Pike Place Market, aquarium and gondola wheel, single king room was large and comfortable. Nice shower pressure and complimentary toiletries.

Seattle was our stopping point on the way to our Alaska Cruise. We chose the Edgewater Hotel as it was the recommended hotel by Holland America. It was a lovely hotel, with a beautiful view of the harbor. It was rustic and romantic and the bathtub was awesome! The restaurant was very nice, though pricier than we are used to in our area. But all the staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The only "complaint" I had was that the lighting was too dim - especially in the bath. For a lady to put on her makeup - it was very difficult to see. Perhaps eco-lights that gradually get brighter?? I would highly recommend the hotel to any travelers.

Lack of internet so you can’t connect to the tv, maintenance in our room all 3 nights stating it’s an ongoing issue. Coffee shop couldn’t open in the morning due to internet issues so POS system wouldn’t work. Offered $100 compensation our last day to use in their restaurant that opens @ 2:00 & we had to check out @ 11:00.

This was an incredible property, which so much history. I loved the Beatles and Pearl Jam rooms, as well as the service, ambiance, location, dining options and decor.
This is a must for anyone visiting Seattle.

Booking a room with a balcony overlooking the water is worth it! It was relaxing, peaceful, and fun to watch all the activity happening in the bay.

Our family stayed one night prior to an Alaskan Cruise. The stay was an unforgettable highlight; perfect location, on the water overlooking mountain scenes. The restaurant was fantastic. The veiws are spectacular. Tons of restaurants, bars, parks, walking, nature, history, coffee shops close by. Nice walking distance to Space Needle. The room was cozy with fireplace and comfortably accommodated family of 5. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great fun for Beatles fans and overall anyone who apprectes good music with that very unique Seattle vibe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Interior of hotel was tired and guest room carpet & furnishings were worn. Bed was not the King requested and was old, saggy and uncomfortable!! However,balcony and view were excellent and made up for much of the negatives!

We enjoyed the stay in the "Pearl Jam Suite". Such a beautiful view and surrounding. This property location made it so easy to get to some great spots. I would definitely stay here again.

King bed balcony room on the water was very nice. The lights from the city is always beautiful to look at as we all as Lumen field and T Mobile Park all lit up at night very pretty. We were lucky enough to see some Harbor porpoises swim by, very cool.

Edge water is perfect for getting on the cruise ship. But the building certainly needs a facelift and the area is noisy from the train's and area construction.
The onsite restaurant is certainly nice but pricey.

They charge an aminity fee for wifi and bikes even if you do not use it and they do not tell you upfront what is included and that you will be charged this fee. They also charge a resort fee I think its just because it is next to where the cruise ships dock. The inside is okay, its older, dusty and the carpet was in need of repair. The fireplace in the room is nice and the views are really great! It is very convenient and walkable to the attractions and great restaurants in the area as well as to pier 66. I did feel it was in a safe area.
