Nice place

Very bad smell in 1st floor room.

First, I probably would not have checked in if I know that There was no elevator for which I have a bad knee. Secondly, it’s more of a guest issue. We were on the second floor and all night long doors were slamming kids are running down the hallway and their security didn’t seem to patrol this area and when we were watching them earlier, they were watching a YouTube video, the stairway was utterly filthy and at the front door people were loitering smoking and basically we had to push around them.

Clean and well-appointed room.

Was being used as a fire evacuation centre

Overall room was okay however overall we felt unsafe as we arrived later in the evening and the guests hanging around the front door and back door were questionable.

This hotel was near to the venue that we were going to. Very clean rooms and very quiet.

I've stayed here before. Comfortable and staff always willing to please. My complaint at this time are the other guests. They are noisy, lounge around all the time and constantly make the dining areas and coffee station an absolute mess. Very disrespectful as its easy to wipe up spills etc. Young children yelling with no restraint from the parents. I think management and security were stretched to the limit.

We have been here several times over the 20 years. Staff are very friendly and it is quiet here. Close to the transcanada highway to get off and on while traveling across Canada. Breakfast is very good and fresh.

Accessibility to Highway 1. I had stayed here many times in the past and it has deteriorated in the past 15 years. Using the electrical outlets on the table lamps was not very good for charging phones and the regular outlets There were fire evacuees staying there, not complaining about this at all, nice the Inn provided accomodations. But was noisy till the wee hours of the morning with people and children running around upstairs and lots activity in the hallways and outside the rooms The patio doors had two latch hooks as the locks on the doors were broken. I did not feel all that secure but something more appropriate, Did not sleep well and missed the breakfast. I know it was my fault but I the breakfast personnel was extremely rude and would not even give us a bowl of cereal,, It was 9:15. I went to the front desk and they were more accomodating and gave me some bananas and apples. Very dissatisfied with paying 201.00 for one nights stay here.

Local to restaurants and fuel.

Had everything needed for a one night stay while travelling. Very quiet the night I was here.

Staff were friendly and helpful on check in.

There was only 1 staff person at the front, who looked like he rolled out of bed. The room was not clean. Windows hadn’t been touched in what looked liked months. The screen door fell off when opened. Not a well kept facility.

I like the bottom level in this Comfort inn. Room has access from the inside or outside

Excellent customer service, room was a good size, basic breakfast. I had a Firestick as I wanted more channels than available. Located on Pembina Highway south-ish so lots of food options

We have been hear fee years ago. Thay have updated their foyer area to include beautiful breakfast area, fresh, variety , eggs, sausage, waffles, toaste, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogart...juice, coffee, tea, hot water.

Customer service was fantastic! We slept well and they fed us in the morning…what more could a person ask for?

Overall a nice property. Only suggestion would be to designate pet free rooms as the odour lingers and some people don't like it.

Clean, simple and reasonably priced.

An excellent hotel experience. Would stay there again and highly recommend. Friendly staff, clean rooms and very convenient to the Trans Canada Highway and gas stations.

The hotel was nice and quiet, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our room had everything we needed for a lovely staycation.

Convenient tothe bypass.

Well run, good breakfast, comfy bed.
