the cleanliness was great and the facilities were amazing. loved that there was a coffee shop inside
the parking was complicated, sucks that we paid so much and didn’t get free parking

Breakfast was good at the hotel restaurant, but there was a quick serve and next-door bar/restaurant. The hotel is connected to downtown Winnipeg's Indoor Walk Way System. It is a quick walk to the convention centre and arena.
The gym could have its machines set in metric.

Location was good. Lobby is nice.
They wouldn’t take cash until we pushed it, they were inconvenienced by it and took ages to find us change. Don’t be fooled by the delta name, it’s not very nice once you get to the room. Chipped pint, stained carpets, balcony was kind of dirty and unkept. Staff not super friendly.

Some of the hotel doesn’t seem clean, def could use new carpet. The pool area needs some work & the pools were SO cold!

Great Indoor pool and great balcony view
Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Balcony was not cleaned, outdoor pool was not heated and the bar was not opened

both pools were shut down, and on the final day of our stay the wifi was down. Considering all the missing amenities it was pricey. However they did correct it on their end.

Very Comfortable large room and the front desk was also very helpful, friendly and very nice. The computer was also very good and was able to print our boarding passes. Even when I asked for a dinner plate, I was given without any hesitation and did not have to pay for it, although I have paid at other hotels. THANK YOU EVERYONE.

Love that it was connected to the hockey centre. Also the restaurant in the lobby, Elephant&Castle, had great apps.
The line up for check-in was horrible, we waited for over 30 mins. They charged extra for parking. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we checked-in, the recycling bins hadn't been emptied and the toilet hadn't been flushed.
