Parking is insane, building itself is old, room smells of mold and wetness, bed is not comfy at all; I would never come back to this hotel.

I appreciated the availability of the parking garage. VERY friendly staff.
The bathroom floor was sticky and the wi-fi is not secure.
However i would recommend.

Very nice hotel, frendly staff at the reception, nice with green areas just outside if you need to walk a dog, street parking nearby, but only for 4 hours between 9 and 17 carpark is 20 euro, you can take your dog with you at the restaurent, and there is eating areas outside. It take only 10 min to walk to the city center.

The AC in room was old and worked but very noisy, if you opened the window then the noise of houses to the rear was bad. We were on the 2nd floor and the noise went on well past midnight, it was a Friday. So sleep not good added to that very poor pillows, despite bed being good it all meant a poor nights sleep.Dated decor meant felt worst hotel of the 5 nights we spent in Germany.
Staff were all nice, a saving grace.

Very clean accomodation and friendly staff. Rooms were big enough and everything neccessary (towles, soap, watercooker..) were available. Only minor downside was the small fitness room, just few dumbells and tredmill.

Nice rooms, good restaurant with a very nice breakfast. Only thi g missing is charging station for E-cars (come on, it's 2022)
Most importantly the service is really good and the staff is super friendly, helpful and professional.
Will choose this hotel again if going to Hannover.

Excellent location for a city trip, 15 minutes walking through the centre to the train station or a short subway ride, close to city centre, subway, shops, park and lake and many restaurants, bars etc.
The hotel's overall atmosphere was modern and clean, we didn't have breakfast or dinner in the restaurant but it looked very good. Our room on the 3rd floor was comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern, but the room's carpet and window insulation should be changed.

Check in easy and without fuss. The hotel maintains a mask policy so make sure you have one handy. Very dog friendly with a small additional cost (compared to other hotels) - and directly opposite a huge park. Whilst travelling on my own (and dog) I only had a room with a king single so would of liked a bigger bed. Staff very helpful. I did not choose the breakfast so cannot comment on the quality. Overall fine for a short stay. There seem to be many families at the hotel so clearly they are doing something right - perhaps it is the price point.

Reception staff were very helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel has its own good restaurant, there are a couple of restaurants in the area if wanting to try out those.

Business hotel 10 min walk from Altstadt. You can see it a bit dated but comfortable anyway for one night stopover. Room average size and quite basic. Good breakfast and easy underground parking. Small bar and in house restaurant (which I didn't try). Halfway between Altstadt and lake, so in summer time should be quite a good location.

A little far from the train station. But the location was great for shopping, the historical areas and Christmas markets.

The Hotel location is great!! small 8 min walk and you are in the city center. I wasn't able to access to the parking, since when I was arriving to the hotel from the office it was already full, but its easy to park around the hotel, in the street.

Very bad service absolutely unfriendly personnel (in the reception and in the restaurant). I never felt as bad treated in my life as this time. They also made us pay for COVID test for kids.

Great stay ! Very close to downtown and good restaurants. Parked underground, a little tight for an SUV but very secure. Breakfast was great! Staff was all friendly. Room could use a touch up of modernization but no complaints.

I picked this hotel due to location and having a larger room available. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. Location was great, quiet, across from a lovely park, five minutes walk from city center and cafes and food and near the great Sprengel museum.
