Easy checkin, very clean and maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great stay!

This was a large property with many rooms and much work needs to be done, but you can see the owner is gradually renovating. Our room was right near the office and you could tell it had been updated. The manager was very helpful in getting us a microwave and the pool was nice even though the surroundings needed clean-up.

This place has gone down hill. I have been visiting thos area every year for the past 5. It used to be reasonable but now becomes unacceptable. Thos will be the last visit here.

I enjoyed my stay.

Had bugs in the room. I wish I had a video of the window being open but I closed it. I wouldn’t have even stayed if I didn’t have my 2 year old son with me. We DESPERATELY needed a room but damn did your cleaners even try??

Old and tired property. My wife would never stay here but i needed inexpensive accommodation near my office for two nights so it worked for that.

I was a bit worried about the place being dirty because of the cheap nightly rates while is was booking online. When I got there, I came to find clean, well-maintained facilities and rooms. I would definitely recommend it.

Switch rooms to a queen but no couch in it

Room was incredible as far as size but when i checked jn at around 3:30 the a/c was off and the roo m was extremely hot. With the aur on full blast since it was a deluxe king room didn't completely cool down until around 1am

My stay at the Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I entered, I was overwhelmed by a pervasive, funky, moldy smell that lingered throughout the entire hotel, making the experience highly unpleasant. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. The towels and pillowcases appeared not to have been washed properly, and the mattress had a very funky odor. Worse yet, the room was infested with roaches and rats, adding to the overall sense of discomfort and unsanitariness. The security of the hotel was also a major concern. The area outside the building was filled with individuals who seemed to be homeless, alcoholics, and drug users, creating an unsafe environment, especially for families with children. People were lurking in and out of the hotel area day and night, and there appeared to be drug dealers staying at the hotel. I also noticed gang members hanging around the premises, which only heightened my sense of unease. The building has numerous blind spots due to a lack of cameras, making it feel even more insecure. The condition of the hotel facilities was equally distressing. The doors' locks were broken, and the bathroom door did not lock, further compromising safety. The vents were filled with mold and mildew, and the air conditioning unit was caked with massive amounts of mold, making the air quality extremely poor. The staff did not help improve the experience. The check-in person was very rude and abrasive, adding to the overall negative impress

Great customer service.

They wouldn't return my money and wouldn't let me stay for the second night that i paid for because my friend didn't have his ID with him. They said that was breaking a rule so we had to leave

Well I got there 2 hours after my check-in time and the front desk told me my room wasn't ready and told to wait and was told to wait an additional 25 to 30 minutes. I thought was really bad for business.

This property is very wacky. I had made a deposit with a credit card. Somehow it changed in their system to a cash deposit. We had already checked out the property so it was very inconvenient to have to go back and get the deposit in cash form. Even though I had a receipt from them confirming it was a credit card deposit. The management was very un helpful. And the fact they can’t check their credit card charge history is scary. I hope my info isn’t stolen.

Only stay here if absolutely necessary.

We had another great stay with Araamda Inn in their jacuzzi suite.

The office staff and Manager Erica was rude! There are roaches in the room. And the housekeeping staff don't speak English, making it difficult to get the things you need. I don't recommend staying there.
