Our room had flying bugs and had to kill 4 when I asked for another room they said it was booked no rooms available the staff came to our room and took photos and said he was going to contact the manager and never received a call or a solution

Nothing extraordinary nothing horrible.
Went up for Marist weekend. Typical jacked up rates for a one night stay. Close to the college.

I didn’t stay! The room smelled so bad like mold we couldn’t breathe. We asked the front desk for a new room and were told we had to wait for maintenance to verify that it smelled…then of course they said they couldn’t smell anything and “sprayed the room”. I asked again for a different room as spraying the room will not eliminate the mold smell coming out of the AC unit. Was told after all that there were no rooms available. I asked for a refund and left. The people across the hall had the same issue and complained as well.

Recently redone hotel with some remaining issues and design flaws. Convenient to Vasser and our family. Bathroom redesign removed tubs in favor of showers that bow out for more room at the expense of being too close to the commode. You can't sit straight and very inconvenient. Multiple outlets did not work including in the bathroom. Notified staff and nothing happened during our weekend stay. Breakfast area was over crowded and uncomfortably small. Food was subpar. OK for a discount hotel but not for the price we paid. Will try another hotel next time we are in town. Check in and check out personnel were very helpful and friendly

We were staying there because a family member was in the hospital down the road. Check in staff were friendly and professional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. A minor annoyance was the toilet kept running on and off all night even after shaking the handle. I had a mostly good night sleep though and would stay again.

Made reservation and arrived 15 minutes later. Did the trick for us as we were just passing through. Next morning explored Hudson River Walkway before resuming our road trip home. Free breakfast was a plus!

I live 2 miles away from this property and my A/C was not working, so I spent a night in cool comfort. Nicely updated rooms with relaxed lighting and lots of pillows. Breakfast included.

When I came back to the hotel they changed the blanket but they didn’t clean the sheets it still had crumbs.

I wish they had a centralized AC or something that would not turn on and off constantly. The AC would stop after it reaches the set temperature and restarts when the temperature drops below. All night long the AC was constantly turning on and off itself which I found a bit annoying. In addition, I wish the shower head could be adjusted for water pressure. It couldn't. Other than that, I had no complaints. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Location was close to where we needed to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Was a single night stay at the last minute so we didn't get to spend much time there.

Our in room fridge had mold on the shelves ( they did switch it out with a new non-moldy fridge right away). We had no body wash in our shower dispenser. I was told to text instead of calling the front desk, so I did text later that evening, but no one ever came to refill the dispenser for our 2 nd morning there. The pool outside wasn’t open, which was fine, but it looked horrible with leaves & plant debris around it & really, it just gave the place a neglected sort of feel.

It was dated, dingy, dull. I didn't feel very comfortable. It is not the quality of hotels I usually stay in. Hilton Garden Inn, Marriott Courtyard, other Holiday Day Inn Express. The hotel needs a make over.
However, the front desk and other staff were very sweet

Place was neat &' well organized. However, my floor had a strong scent of cigarettes. On the bright side, my room did not have said scent. The food was convenient &' the nagivation to your room was very easy.

This was a fine hotel for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. It had everything we needed for the night and a fine breakfast on the way out in the morning. Front desk staff was helpful. We did not use the patio or other facilities.
