I requested a pet friendly hotel and this was pet friendly BUT the pet fee was $50 which I believe is excessive for one dog. I would like to know the cost before booking a room.

First, the staff was very friendly! The room left a few things to be desired. There was a bug in the sink, and the water from the pipes was brown. Not the best way to relax in the evening.

trying to park was not good. only 2 spaces left and the oversized trucks beside the empty stalls left very little room when they cannot park properly in their stalls.

I especially appreciated the kindness and understanding of the woman at the front desk who heard my story of having our air conditioners at home stop working in 100° heat ado that we (and our three cats!) had to go to the hotel to be safe from the heat. I took a deep breath and felt I'd come to the right place to chill out, sleep, remember we could do this, and make plans to have our system fixed! Her attitude restored my energy and ability to press on!

We were there for our daughter’s graduation and they had balloons and cupcakes in the lobby for everyone to celebrate! Shout out to Margaret in the kitchen for breakfast for going above and beyond for my daughter! Best hotel bacon and coffee! We travel a lot!

My stay was disappointing. Check-in took longer than expected due to the clerk’s unfamiliarity with adding a pet. The corridor leading to our room had an unpleasant odor, possibly from a bathroom issue. In room 121, I encountered a draining problem in the tub, a non-functional fridge, and a stained sheet. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory.
