When we checked in, the lady was rude and didn’t give us any info and when we asked for a different room because the upstairs was jumping on the ceiling she told us that she had no other room and to “just deal with it”. Very disappointed in the hotel

Two dresser handles in the room were broken, which was a little unexpected. I've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past few years and the rooms have always been great.

Nice hotel but room appears dated in our room . Couch cushions in the room are misshapen, looking beat up or jumped on multiple times.

Friendly staff, rooms were clean and tidy, although a little dated. The breakfast selection was very limited, but quality of what was on offer was okay.

Conveniently located and comfortable. Breakfast was 3 stars on choice and quality.

Walkable to Neilson's Custard!

Check in was quick and easy. The indoor pool and spa were nice, unfortunately I didn’t have time to enjoy them. The breakfast was pretty nice as well. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, and cereals was enjoyable. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable along with 5 pillows and a nice sized tv for me to watch before going to sleep. I enjoyed the stay.

While the hotel was ok. The traffic noise night was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Washer broke down lost money

There was no hot water for morning showers and front desk acknowledged that boilers were out, but did not compensate guests. Couldn’t take a shower in the morning - water was ice cold. Would not stay here again.

This was just a one night stop over. Carpets were dirty.

It was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small and the AC didn't work all that well... Other than this, it was great!

Looks like staff needs good management supervision., to give a better customer service.or need training.

Breakfast left a little to be desired orange juice was terrible. Milk was terrible. No fresh fruit second day. They had yogurt, but it was gross cause it looked like it had been frozen and it was past the expiration date.

The location is okay. Needs major update. Air conditioning is pathetic! So loud and obnoxious. Bring your earplugs because highway noise is real. The breakfast was pretty lame. We skipped it. Disappointed.

The room was clean but it did have a faint odor as if someone had been smoking even though it was a non-smoking room. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Hotel is NOT worth the price. Comfort Inns purport to be budget hotels, but we spent over $150 per night for an experience we would expect at a $70 per night hotel. We could have stayed at a different hotel for the same price with a MUCH cleaner experience (we stayed here due to other family staying here). Upon arrival, the noise in our hotel room was almost unbearable. We were right next to I-15, which was incredibly noisy at 11pm at night. So we asked for a different room and were told they were booked solid. Upon returning to the room, we found bugs all over our washcloth and other towels under the sink. They were wood bugs (not bed bugs thankfully). We went back to the front desk, and they moved us to a different room (from 1 king to 2 queens, which was fine). That room did not have any bugs, but the cleanliness was still suspect. Multiple hairs in the shower, the mattress under the sheets had huge blood stains. The hotel was old and a bit run down. Everything just felt grody for the price we paid. Had we paid $70 per night, we would have been satisfied for what we received. For the price we did pay, it is unacceptable. Go somewhere else if you don't get a good deal!

A room had a terrible musty smell, when reported to the office, they didn’t seem to care, speaking of the office they never answered their phone when we called them. The breakfast was probably the worst I’ve had , No fruit , all cereals and yogurt were high sugar. The room was comfortable, although the television was outdated.

The property is in a great location and the beds were comfortable. The rooms could use some love, especially the bathrooms and paint. Breakfast was your typical items and tasted fine, however it ends at 9 am, I think it should be extended to 10 am for those that need a morning of extra rest. The hot tub was also being cleaned and refilled at the same time we went to use it in the morning.

I complained that I couldn’t get a hold of the property manager-I was checking in later than expected and the answering machine was full! 😑
