We arrived very late and found that the toilet in the room was clogged. In the morning, front desk shared that maintenance was not in and they didn't have a room for us to move to until later in the day.

My family and I only stayed one night, but the staff was friendly and the room it self was very nice; as for hotel beds theirs was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious, not the biggest I've seen but definitely enjoyable! The only thing we didnt like the slamming of doors; both the hotel side door and other guest's doors.

The TV did not work and they did not offer a solution but did give us a new room when we asked for one. The service at breakfast was excellent and friendly staff that helped our overall experience

The pillow smelled of BO and the headboard had loads of dust. It was very quiet and easy access from the freeway. A moth roomed with me for the night because it was too quick for me to catch. Not the best but not the worse place I've stayed

It’s a basic roadside motel.

The hotel was clean but staff seemed distracted by their phones instead of their jobs. Once engaged they were helpful but it seemed like an inconvenience to them to ask a question or have a late night checkin. Pillow were way too small. Rooms were only serviced every other day which I don't like. There was no way to recycle anything that was discarded.

Hotel was decent and clean. Our TV didn’t work but thankfully we weren’t in our room enough to need to watch tv. The breakfast was not good..at all. Beds were comfy and shower had great pressure!

This is a nice quiet hotel out of the hustle bustle of Salt Lake City... The rooms are clean and tidy... They supply the bathrooms with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap... There is an I-Hop just down the street from the hotel... The staff at the front desk are nice and friendly... The only drawback is that they only have one elevator and you have to access it from the front lobby... So, you have to bring all of your luggage in through the front on a cart to go up to the second and third floor rooms... I will stay there again, if I am in the area...

Disappointed in upkeep. Toilet didn't flush, jiggled the tank and it filled again. Blow dryer burnt out. Mattresses were worn and could use replacing. Pillows were worn - lumpy, not fluffy. I expected a better room for a Hampton.

This is in a good location to the freeway but not the noise. Breakfast was average but open until 10am which was nice. Little to no room service. I did get trash emptied one day after asking but another day I asked and it was not emptied. Over all it is a very nice basic hotel and I would definitely stay there again as it is close to family

We stayed there 2 times in 5 days and each and every interaction we had with staff was superb! So helpful and very kind. From the front desk staff to the breakfast area staff to the management, everyone was great!
