Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet street with a short walk to the main road to catch the trams. Plenty of eating and shopping very close by in SihlCity.

Front desk is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit old with outdated forniture and small bathroom. It has good location but still about 1-1.5 miles from the river, old town.

Have stayed here many times this year as it's near to my office, however the staff say hi, but no special perks. Was very disappointed on my last stay to be in a very old room and one right next to a noisy elevator. Please show some care for your customers Engimatt and be less robotic!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and easily fit a family of four. Breakfast had a good variety, so everyone should be able to find something they want.
Tram stops are not far and there is a large shopping complex (Sihlcity) close by with a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies and general high street shops.
A clay tennis court is at the hotel too which guests can use for free. The hotel will provide rackets and balls if you choose to use it.
A hotel you can trust to give you an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is well-located, just a 3-minute walk from Silhcity mall and close to the tram. Our room was very clean, with smooth and comfortable bedsheets, and the spacious bathroom was a nice touch. The air conditioning was comfortably cool, though I prefer it chillier. The receptionists were exceptionally helpful, providing clear maps and transportation guidance. We appreciated our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Liked the hotel and location. My room was a garden walk out, shared space, not balcony and no privacy. No Mountain View. Next to elevator.

The staff & facilities were great. Quiet, clean, nice sized room for our family of 4. Air-conditioning was essential & kept us comfortable. A little far to walk in hot weather to the river, sights , but it worked out in our favor as the city was swarmed with people here for the huge Techno Parade. Did not eat at the restaurant, but it looked lovely.

Limited parking. One spot in front of hotel but had to risk a parking ticket because 3 series BMW extended into sidewalk. Glass doors on bathroom was awkward. Restaurant not available due to wedding with service limited to room service. Breakfast was good. Full shades were nice for a dark room.

We just stayed two nights but found the hotel conveniently located close to a Mall and the room was comfortable for our family of 4. The staff were also very helpful.

Lovely hotel. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Very quiet despite its centralized location, near public transportation, walkable to a mall nearby, walkable to the main touristy areas and attractions.

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, kind and supported us with info about how to take public transportation, store our luggage after check out and arrange for an efficient airport taxi. Our room, the Relax Suite was very spacious for 3 adults and had a generous sized, well-equipped bathroom. We didnt need housekeeping however the housekeeping staff was friendly and asked how our stay was when i saw them in the hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and very relaxing outdoors.

Lovely property with a "boutique" feel. Unassuming exterior but lovely inside. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Easy walk to shopping mall, trams to the city centre. Was pleasantly surprised!

The hotel was generally fine and service was good. The only drawback was that it was far from the city center and the hotel did not provide provide the transportaion card for free use of trams as many other hotels do.

Bathroom awfull small ,no towel hooks. hair dryer was poorly performing , reading light was not working overall had poor room light , requested kindling a late check out front desk help at the moment let us check out 2 hours later but no without giving an nicely answer .

I was in room 314 next to the lift shaft - I was kept awake all night by the noise of the lift. I asked to be moved but was told it was full. When I checked out the receptionist tried to claim that she heard nothing in the room below which is also next to the lift

We stayed for one night when visiting Zurich and found the location convenient (close to train station and tram stops), easily walkable, quiet, and safe. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was lovely - clean and spacious for the family. We had a small balcony that overlooked the area neighborhood, which we all enjoyed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

We did a 1 day stay at the hotel as a stop for our trip through rest of Switzerland. The room was clean, well furnished. The breakfast Buffett was excellent. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Hotel is near a tram station and I recommend getting the day use pass for trams. You can get that from reception. Will definitely stay again
