The property is in need of some updating. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. My biggest complaint was the bed. It was hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was very loud.

I keep water in a cup with a straw. I woke with Roaches and one was on my straw. I immediately got up to get tissues to kill it so show front desk. I discreetly showed it. They apologized for the issue. I went to eat breakfast.Then went back to pack my belonging now there is another live Roach on the tub. I was really upset. Totally unexceptable.

We reserved an accessible room. The toilet was a standard height toilet. The grab bar on the wall next to the toilet was loose. There was a hole cut in the Sheetrock wall like some type of repair was going on.

The room was clean and well kept. The hotel is under construction, but that did not affect our stay. The room temperature was a little warm, and the air conditioner could not keep up. Overall we would stay again.

The hotel was under some sort of lobby remodel. I understand that happens, but we felt very unsafe walking around as there were no clear paths for patrons and everyone was stepping around construction debris. Both elevators were broken.

It was nice except for the front desk lady was curt and rude and not friendly at all. The man at the front desk in the morning was very nice. Also the shower did not work. Staff was told and they said they had a long list of repairs.

I booked for 4 adults. When I arrived, I was given a room with ONE BED. Ugh?? The lady said that that was what I had booked. I questioned whether she expected us FOUR adults to all squeeze into ONE BED. She seemed to think that we should.
Hotel seemed pretty grubby and I was worried that there might be bed bugs but it was OK.
We got down to breakfast to find that there was no milk at all.
We were very disappointed, as we had stayed in other hotels in this chain and I have given EXCELLENT reviews. Not for this one though.
