Very disappointed that the spa/hot tub was not working. I have stayed here before and the hot tub was not available at that time either.

Hotel was clean, star was friendly, didn't have any issues. It was quite at night. We had a sitting area which was spacious. Feel like overall there was more quality her than some other mid-priced chains. Would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here at this location many times and it was a lot nicer this time. The renovations are very nice. I dont remember the lady’s name that was working the front desk when I checked in this time but she was absolutely great! I will be back to stay again!

The room was quiet and comfortable. It took a minute to figure out the window shade-it’s electric and the control is small and on the wall by the window. There were no coffee cups and a used coffee pod was still in the machine. Other than that it was very comfortable.

I’m big on cleanliness- very clean rooms sand BATHROOM- comfortable beds -spacious rooms and an awesome bar with menu- the housekeeping staff were really nice and helped me(3 day stay)- nice ladies- overall, great stay

Checking in and out was a breeze. The front desk staff were professional and efficient.
We thought the hotel was good value for the money. The only disappointment we had was the sticky floor in the bathroom. Since we were only there for one short night, we didn’t request to have them clean it. The rest of the room and the facility appeared to be clean though.

It was a great place to stay during travel, busy, but quiet. Convenient on/off 20 in Meridian. A tad pricey, but if you want to stay in a good property thats clean, and safe, ad modern...I recomend.

The primary reason this location was chosen was the hot tub, as I have been doing physical therapy, and I hoped it would help. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service but no notification of that was given - only a sign at the front desk. Also, I had to wait an abnormally long time, for no apparent reason, for assistance from the staff. Overall the stay was acceptable but certainly not terrific and, at best, average.

We had a friendly check in person. He was the best and kind. Made sure to tell us we could order from grill for 10 more minutes. Everything was clean and in great shape. Loved the hot tub. Bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioner worked great.

The staff were amazing and our stay was fabulous. We booked a specific room and it was not available due to 3rd party (hotels.com) booking. We were downgraded but the room was still good for our needs. Disappointed in hotels.com and their communication with the hotels. The room I booked via Expedia was NOT the room we got. We reserved & paid for a king 1 bedroom suite with a separate living area & pull out couch. They put us in a 1 king bed room. There’s THREE adults. They accommodated us to a 2 queen bed room BUT this was still NOT the room I reserved & paid for! After a long evening at baseball games this wasn’t what we needed.

Staff was nice but the morning breakfast person rude. We paid for breakfast when we booked but they said we didn’t. Thankfully the guy at the front desk. Gave us tickets for breakfast. We should have stayed across the street Drury inn with free breakfast and drinks in the afternoon!
