The hotel is very conveniently located, rooms are spacious and very quiet.Though the hotel has been modernized over the years it still keeps it charme.
Breakfast is fantastic. The sitting area outside for breakfast is cost but the furniture very uncomfortable. Tables much to low for tall people.

My friend got a very nice room but my room was tiny. His AC was great, mine was minimal Friendly staff
Manger on duty was very helpful securing an extra night for me last minute even tho they were totally booked ( and a much nicer room than I had) she was great. Beautiful lounge and outdoor space for breakfast. Would definitely recommend but know your room in advance

The hotel is a beautiful and historic building. We loved the grand staircases and other areas that have preserved the hotel history. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The bar area is also a good place to enjoy a drink. Both rooms were attractive and spacious. The location is also excellent for restaurants and shopping. I did not give 5 stars for the review because 1. there was a long line to checkin and only one person at the desk, 2. the plug was missing from our bath/shower and it struggled to drain, 3. the sofa cushions in the room were falling apart, 4. we encountered an enormous cockroach in our room and 5. the parking ticket for the garage that the hotel validated didn’t work when we were leaving for the airport. This said, we all enjoyed our stay and made it to the airport in time.

Everything was perfect, the stuff were very friendly. The location is amazing right in the center of everything.

Unique historical property with very helpful front desk receptionist. Parking is offsite at the casino. Room service was slapdash. A screwed up luggage label that fell on the floor had not been cleaned up 3 days later and when the tissues ran out in the bathroom they were not replaced at the daily room service.

A lovely old style hotel. It is perfectly located close to all the main attractions of Wiesbaden. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Loved the Christmas markets only 10 minutes walk away. The room was wonderfully warm and the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay there next time.

The hotel is nice, the room was spacious and it was centrally located. We had to park well off site because there was no hotel parking available. They state in the write-up that they have parking but that's not the whole story. They actually have 7 parking spots (I counted twice) which means they're always full. So you should expect to find your own parking somewhere in the city. As for hygiene, they need to shampoo the carpets - it brings the place down a bit. Overall it was a good stay. I think, though, I expect a bit more from the Radisson name.

The room was clean, excellent service, location was great in the middle of everywhere, I requested ice, I got it in less than 10 minutes.
The breakfast buffet was full of varieties, marked with symbols of the allergies.

We like this historic hotel and are happy to come again. Minor problems such as the worn out shower-head could easily be fixed through improved maintenance.

The hotel itself is gorgeous... Clean, beautiful, quiet, in a great neighborhood... But disappointing that I had to go off site for parking. Also disappointed that the spa is only open on weekends. Our first night the dining was also closed. My first morning, I was able to get free coffee/tea in the reception area, but on the 2nd morning, there was nothing. That was disappointing. I had a very friendly girl when checking in & an "ok" guy checking out--less friendly/accomodating.
The offsite parking is misleading--20Euros/day. It's 20 Euros each time you go out, according the guy on my check out day.

My television didn’t work or should I say the controls didn’t work the television. I didn’t have a hot water maker in my room. I only got one pillow and I need two and the swimming pool wasn’t open. I came to my room late at night after going out to dinner, so I didn’t discover these things until later
