Bad Internet TV did not work. No refrigerator. Great water pressure.

The room portion of the Tropicana I stayed in is VERY dated. While the room appeared fairly clean, the carpet seemed grungy and the carpets were frayed. The doors needed painting and the desk chair was in really rough shape. The vinyl was shredded. I didn’t receive any soap in my bathroom so I had to wash my hands with shampoo and also shower with the shampoo.

Woke up in the morning to find ants in the bathroom and tv/desk area.

Staff was amazing, bed only has a few sheets and a thin blanket. Nachos from the restaurant to go were meh. Do not recommend the Tex mex bowl.

The hotel needs an appearance update. Pool not open to the public. Restaurants and bars seem to be short staffed. Available staff members who were working, were excellent. Improve ventilation system…..strong cigarette smoke and odor.

Beds were okay but not very clean.

It a great I always have a good time staying here I do think bigger TV in the room would be nice and someone to keep my drinks cold I get it though I could go downstairs and buy all the cold drinks and warm food , I am not upset about it at all it would just be even better then it always is but like I said I always enjoy my time at this location

I will never again stay at this hotel and will tell everyone and anybody NOT to stay here. Me and my husband were walking through not knowing where we were going and a security guard came up to us and said we needed to take the minors off the floor. I explained that we were not stopping a walking through. He left and went to get two other security guards that escort us through the casino. The younger one got in my husbands face and tried to be intimidating. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for. And when I tried to explain we were looking for the arcade I was disregarded. No apologies, just told minor aren’t allowed on the floor. I will be leaving this review everywhere.

Swiming pool closed due to Health department issues. Front desk did not provided information when will be open, kind a rude.

I was locked out of my room because my puppies were barking and a person complained. I actually met the lady in elevators and she stated that actually mine got quiet and her front neighbors dog started barking all night Not only did they Lock me out of my room. Day. charge me $200. I actually left The following daybright early. My checkout wasn't till the next day.morning and That's when I bumped into the lady that had complained. I don't think that's fair.That I was the only one those other puppies were able to bark all night and continue to bug that lady. I. Would even get irritated by all the slamming on the doors.The doors do not have any kind of soft stoppers. I even got a bruise from when the door slammed behind me.

Its time for room updates. carpets dirty. bed not comfortable and the bathroom counter was stained

Zero cell service in the room Ice was always out on our floor Pool was freezing and didn’t get good sun Food options and nightlife were excellent Managed to only lose $86 lol

Room was clean, beds were comfortable but shower didn't drain quickly. While showering, water kept rising.

I checked in a day later because of travel delays. My room had been used. My bed had a body imprint cut covers weren't turned down, whoever took a shower and shampooed their hair. Used hand towel had been used. Called it in and was asked if I wanted to move into another room. After long delays getting to the hotel and wasn't that messed up I declined and stayed. Called room service to replace used towels and new toilettre it took 6 hours, I called 3 times!!! Other than that everything else was fine. I liked how the tower was close to the parking garage. Everything is close to everything inside the hotel. And loved that In-n-Out Burgers is right across outside the main entrance.

I expected better, but then again, we just needed a place to sleep in. I'm being completely honest; the bathroom sink was green, no bucket for ice was given, head shower kind of broken so it was spilling water, and the WIFI was horrible. I expected more from the WIFI to work.

Room was very warm. Never cooled down enough to be comfy. Could hear lots of nosies from hallway. Liked the sit down restaurant and the food court choices.

Good stay for Laughlin. I would stay there again. Comfy beds.

Our overall stay was decent, but I am slightly disappointed that I called for room service at 8 AM and when I returned to the room at 10 PM, the room had not been cleaned and when I called to the front desk, they said that they’re cleaning staff had until 11 PM to clean my room, but someone did drop off clean towels and toilet paper. I waited hoping Someone was coming to clean the room and no one came to service my room. Jacuzzi was also cold/lukewarm. So I give it 3 stars.

Room was nice, however no refrigerator in the room??? - Pool had rules that no one was in forcing and the spa jets were broken….sounds worse than it was, however it was slightly annoying……

I was very disappointed in the service. AC didn't work in room and was told to bring all my luggage down and they would find me a room and I could take everything back up. When I got back to my room callec to speak to a manager and was told they were in a meeting. When I told the lady on the phone what my issue was she switched rooms and had someone move luggage and brong up new keys. While sound asleep in the new room housekeeping tried to open our door then knockec loudly saying housekeeping, my husband said we don't need anything and she yelled thats not the issue honey did you swirch rooms from 1451 and he told her no and she went away. Banging on door when people are asleep is ridiculous. Staff was mostly rude and unhelpful. Bellmen and valet were helpful and kind

The AC in the room is extremely loud. I could not sleep with the noise, but it was too hot to have it off.

The restroom sink drain had so much hair wrop drain hole. Water would go slow.
