Rude, could not get clean towels and the room smell of weed,

Very dirty place, bugs everywhere, all nonsmoking rooms are with very strong tobacco and weed smell, I tried to get different rooms and they all smell tobacco even when they say nonsmoking, that’s not a place to stay not even an hour, everyone smoking in the rooms entrance and very dirty, Expedia should remove that place from their list because the pictures are not the right one when searching for a place, their appearance is totally different than what we see in the Expedia catalog, it was awful experience, I couldn’t sleep at all

Yes you all had roaches and alot of people had dogs and some animas have lice etc and people aren’t to clean . So what I’m saying is you all have yo be very careful about pet policy etc thank You . I have been staying at this hotel at least 6 times a year for 14years. I have noticed lots of full time family and less desirable people staying at this hotel. I have noticed what appears to be drug deals and middle of the night arguments occurring frequently. I will reconsider my next stay in Edison at another hotel property that is more comfortable and with less worry of safety. A shame actually.

Enjoyed the stay over all. Good, clean room for the price. The staff addressed and handled the one problem we had during our stay. Great place to stay!

Infested with cockroaches

Stay was good. Property was slightly dated but clean. Staff was nice.

Property was easy to locate, & the staff were exceptional.

Staff was rude and unwelcoming. Found a cockroach in the room right away.

No outlets to plug in a laptop, and the WiFi was spotty at best. The room itself was clean and comfortable, just not suited for a business traveler.

Convenient to the major highways and the interstate. My only issues were the a/c unit and the tightness of the bed to the a/c unit. The a/c unit is old and didn't cool very well. Second due to the desk it makes the bed way too close to the a/c unit. You have to side step to get into the bed.

Extremely shady, room was supposed to be non smoking but stunk so bad of weed and tobacco we had to leave immediately. Everyone sits out of their rooms half naked usually smoking, drinking or blasting music. Stay may be cheap but not worth your health and safety.

The door lock did not work properly as the face plate for the lock was loose. Door handles on the dresser were only screwed in with one screw, needed two, one for each side. Glued together toilet tank cover was tacky. No attention to cleaning details, i.e. along wall edges, door frames, etc. Room smelled smokey even though it is non-smoking. Had asthma issues which confirmed that. Will NOT stay again nor recommend. Sorry.

Very bad they cancel my check in card declined because they use last digit by hand So now we have no where to go very bad service I never ever had this issue they always ask your card information upon arrival

As we arrived people in room 114 put middle finger up yelling racial remarks crowd of people in front of our doors partying until 1am

The room has a very strong cigarette smell even tho it was a non smoke room. We asked for another room and they said there no others available. All my clothes smells really bad.

Price was good. Room was generally clean and comfortable although bed was pretty firm. The rug by the front door smelled. There was a large bug carcass on the wall by the front door. The door was warped and had to be slammed hard (kicked) in order to close securely. Front desk clerk was nice but took quite a while to get off the phone when I was checking in.

The customer service here was amazing!

The floors was disgustingly dirty and the bathroom was also dirty the base for the refrigerator was disgustingly dirty also .. would not recommend!

Everything in the room was decent looking.. the staff had bad attitudes.. the area I stayed in had so much noise.. I requested to be up front in a quieter place but was told no.

The staff at the front desk was extremely ride and indiffetent. I was charged $190 at the lastminute to stsy there even thhough I had a resevation in advance that was cancelled at tge fault of the Red Foof Inn. The room was dirty and had s poor smell

The room was clean, the grounds kept up well. Its not a luxurious place, but fine for a short stay.

They messed up my room for the first night

Are sometimes red roof ends are anything from Sketchy to a surprisingly good deal. This is the latter.The renovated rooms are great, they retain a lot of their previous elements but are now outfitted with more electrical outlets even with USB ports, the large work desk, I like that there was a microwave, refrigerator that actually worked, and even a recycle bin. Unfortunately it was clear that the floors are not mopped, as you can see in the photo that is me wiping my foot on a wet towel after walking around the room barefoot and my white socks met a similar fate. Before I arrived they needed to make an adjustment to my reservation, Diana was very kind and professional and courteous about the adjustment.

It is a consistently reliable place to stay. Not fancy but well kept.
