We only stayed overnight passing through. Our room was clean and front desk personnel were very friendly. Breakfast was also good. Would stay again.

Hotel was busy and prices high due to refuel work at the nearby nuclear plant and an incoming large bass tournament at the local lake. With all of the activity, noise level was regularly pretty high. Room was OK, had been redone several years ago and was in need of some paint touch-ups to restore its condition. Parts of the hotel were not redone so it's a bit of a mis-match. Breakfast was OK. The attached restaurant has some really great french onion soup and possum pie, be sure to try it when there.

Fitness center ac wasn't working and there were bugs in there
Found dead bugs in multiple places in room (none live)

I paid $160 for a king room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a complete waste of money!!! The bedding on BOTH beds were DIRTY! CRICKETS & BEATLES were everywhere in the room. Then to make matters even worse it was late when i checked in so after the disappointment of the room i went to get some ice & a soda from the vending machine ( the ONLY one they had) and it didnt work and the room where i was told to get ice was unacceptable so needless to say i had to my hotel at 3 am just to get something to drink. Check out was 11am but we couldn't leave quick enough stayed just long enough for the sun to rise and loaded up and left extremely aggrevated feeling like we got nothing but ripped off!!!

My rating suggests the property was dirty and unsafe, but notice those are 3's, not 1's. It's not as well-lighted as I would want, and it was more old than dirty. It is very close to the freeway, which is good for me. Traffic noise doesn't bother me, though I don't think there was any.
The service was wonderful. The morning meal was a little better than continental, but the apple was good, and if I still at waffles or biscuits and gravy, I would have loved it.
The room was super clean. No complaints there. I suspect every room is. I think the main problem is that I thought I was going to a hotel, not a motel. The photo on Expedia was more well lit than the hotel actually was.

my wallet and phone were stolen from a table inside the bar hotel. I went to the front desk to check into my room and was denied access because I didn't have proper identification! Gold member and all.....told me to take a hike basically. What a beautiful place to endorse.

The first two nights of a four night stay the pool was closed for maintenance. Otherwise the pool was very nice. The Jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice. The rooms are a little dated and the lighting is poor. Overall it was a nice stay and will definitely return.

Definitely a budget type motel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly upon check-in. The motel was clean but is older and could use a renovation. There is not an elevator. The breakfast was decent but the coffee was terrible. Would not stay here again if in the area.

The facility is older and the beds are uncomfortable. The other guests decided to party in the parking lot about 2 am. The vending machine would not take my money. The room had very little lighting. But it did have plenty of electrical outlets!

The staff was delightful. They started texting before check in and made sure I got a ground for room before I even arrived. I was running late and they helped me feel at ease. The restaurant in the hotel wasn't bad either.

We had a great experience at our stay with Clarion. The rates were amazing for the suite we had. The pool was really nice and well maintained, however I would like to see it stay open a little later. Thanks for everything!

Amazing, It was the first time my 9 yo grand daughter had traveled or stayed in a hotel on vacation, she loved it. Everyone was great and friendly. My only regret was we waited until the last day before we ate at the hotel dining room. It was also great, the people there were helpful and friendly, thank everyone for a great stay, we will be back.
