Nice room. Our dog was happy here! Staff explained places to eat.

TV didn’t work; it took a long time to figure out the issue and correct it.

The room was clean.

I’m traveling a lot. I never been in room , that doesn’t have blanket on bed. There was just a sheet and paper thin synthetic cover, which slide off constantly. It’s not Mexican weather also. I was trying to get temperature set up to get more comfortable temperature, but thermostat has no numbers. I set up to middle low, got so cold without blanket, set up to high low. It got so hot , can’t breathe and sleep. I had no chance to sleep , all night trying to set thermostat right. If they would have any blanket , it would just be ok to sleep on lower heat. Im not complaining often in reviews. It just those owners do not care about customers. Also no breakfast, no coffee.

The room was a nice size and and location was good

The room hadn’t been cleaned. I cleaned the room after we got there. The floor was black with filth. The tub a had a dirty ring around it. Nothing had been wiped down. The sheet thread count had to be 100. It was so awful. WiFi was inconsistent.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

There were no towels in the room. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. No blanket on the bed. Just two sheets. There were old key cards on the table. I was not sure if the room had been previously rented and not cleaned or just a few things were overlooked.. I did call front desk. I was told to come by the office to get supplies. I was given a blanket and towels and was offered a new room. I had at that point I had already unpacked my car and didn't want to move it all to the other side of the hotel. I just put the blanket down to sleep on and used my personal blanket to cover up. After 16 hours on the road I just wanted sleep

Good Location, staff friendly, car park enough.

We are booking and pay cost included breakfast but have nothing.
