The tub and sink was slow to drain. The room smelled of moth balls.

Hotel stay was ok. Cleanliness issues in the room: bathroom towel had stain ( looked gross ) and one of the towel was very worn , and thin and even had a hole in it.
AC did not cool properly- had it set to 69, but it never got cool.
Looks like some maintenance is needed, corner protectors was missing, leaving exposed wall damage, and an unfinished look. Stains on the ceiling, stain and a rip in the couch in the room.
The tv was on the desk, which made the desk unusable.
I appreciated the laminate flooring in the room

This hotel was good for the money. They offered breakfast. Shopping and food was close by. If i could explain why i gave it a four star overall, it would be because of a couple of roaches. They also had some event that was really load. Other than that, it wasn’t bad. Also, staff was pleasant.

The couch was covered in mildew, there were molded drippings on the side of the nightstand, mold in the tub, and a live roach and spider in the bathroom. For the price we paid, we will never stay there again.

This property is very outdated. The front guest staff was extremely friendly and performed a very good day expedited check-in. However, the elevators were dirty, the common areas downstairs by the coffee bar had not been maintained for the day, horrible smell coming off of the elevator, food on the floor of the elevator which had not been wiped down, entry doors into most of the rooms very worn down, mold in the bathtub, and numerous areas in the room needing touchup this is not a five star property, however more care needs to be taken. I work in healthcare and was concerned with infection control . housekeepers did as good of a job as they could’ve done inside of the room with what they had to work with. Not competitive with other properties

Room had a dog smell as the hotel is pet friendly and most pets owners are given the first floor. Pet fur was on the night stand. Had to go to the front desk twice to get a remote control. There are more parking spaces for Choice Rewards members than they are handicap spots close to the entrance

Staff at check in did not appear to know how to do her job. Took quite some time and had to dk it twice, she was extremely unfriendly. Room was dirty, bugs on pillows we have photos of, couch had wet stains and torn. We asked to change the room due to condition and uncleanliness and was told there were no rooms. Never apologized for condition of room we paid for or offered to clean it, we booked 2 rooms 10 months in advance. Will not return. Very unprofessional

It was great! I have stayed before and I will stay again. The women at the front desk are friendly, knowlegeable AND helpful! This place is consistently great and I now purposely stay here going back and forth to my former hometown. It is the halfway point. Can I make a suggestion? I tried to get closed caption on my TV and it did not work. That is my only suggestion. I asked for a room near the exit as I was traveling with two dogs, one blind. The staff was so accomodating. When one of the women who worked at the desk saw me struggling with my dog and my luggage rack she helped me -- and she just got off duty! This is a plus in my book. Both women were so nice and so helpful. And even the on duty maid jumped in to help! Two thumbs up to Comfort Suites Lumberton and their staff!!

Nothing..they didnt have sheets,blankets or pilliws for the sofa bed that i booked the room for that. The curtain looked like someone wiped the butt wuth. Floors was dirty..3 towels for 5 people because they didnt have anymore..pool was green..horriable..i will be contacting for a refund
