The bathroom needed to be deep cleaned.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. We left around 8:30 am, and most of the hot food (eggs, sausages, etc) were gone ☹️. Not many selections of flavors of muffins, danishes, etc.

Other than the disappointing breakfast, everything was good

My family and I always stay here when we come into town. We’ve never had any major issues until this stay. There was a live bed bug crawling on one of the beds. When I informed the staff in my opinion it seems like they’ve dealt with this before. There was no outrage, they apologies but it definitely seemed like something they were use to.

It's a tiny bit dated but it's still quite comfy. The rooms are clean and the beds and comfortable. Breakfast is included and there is free wifi. I was traveling for work, so I don't need more than that. Just a nice quiet place to sleep after a long day and the promise of hot coffee in the morning.

As I said it a little dated. It seems to be trying to look more modern but overall it seems sort of like the late 90s or the early 00s. The breakfast is carb heavy, which is difficult for someone with celiacs. However there was sausage and eggs, so it kind of balances. The only other thing is they allow pets. I don't care how well you clean, if you allow pets it causes problems. I have a mild dog allergy, so I got some sinus congestion on the property. Also there is the worry of fleas and such.

Clean rooms, good location, functional, although, minimal breakfast.

Walls were paper thin and no carpeting meant we heard everything from our neighbors. Moving around, walking, talking, dog barking. Not at all comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bagels, fresh fruit should have been included. Bugs in the bathroom sink. Security lock was broken and hanging off the wall.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was good. The staff were amazing! Super friendly.

The room was not very clean and very rundown. The floor had large gaps in it; there was rust (I think) on the bottom of the door jams. It just didn't feel very clean or updated. The bathroom was just ok. Again, didn't feel very clean.

The only complaint was the strong smell of marijuana in the hallway to my room and would be nice to have gluten free meal options.

I was told that had to check in either exactly at 3 pm or close to it when I arrived after 1 30 am on check in day after driving straight from St Louis MO to NC. I went to my sister who has no extra rooms but I would had to make reservation for additional night there or somewhere else if I had no family or friends to crash at. I understood about towels but my room wasn’t cleaned once during my stay. I didn’t have issue with room when or after I checked in it was obviously cleaned including fresh sheets but no housekeeping service except for leaving fresh towels to replace dirty ones I placed outside.

Great I95 travel location and pet friendly.

Room needed a bit of maintenance. Previous dog chewed leg of desk. I gave pic to front desk. staff very nice. Place clean but could use some “sprucing up”.
