The property is magnificient and do not feel crowded at all.
Wverything is beautoful and feel 5 stars...and i am an exigent client.
The gym the spa and even the pool area are nice.
The breakfast is adequate. Not mind blowing but good for those used to 5 stars.
Hot chocolate is not good at all though.
Staff were all polite smiling and helpful.
The location is great, posh and beautiful. But i would not stay there to ezplore the whole island.
We stayed 2 night there and 3 nighs in adeje.
Was ideal to explore the island.
Forget about the terizitas beach. Its ugly and feel like an industrial zone.

This was our second visit to Santa Cruz and our second stay in the hotel. Came with two babies under two years. Stayed in a garden view suite. It was an excellent room. Service was great in the bar and the staff are all excellent. Convenient car park connected to hotel and wonderful location for the attractions of Santa Cruz. Will be back again from Edinburgh.

This was my second time in this hotel and I liked it very much this time, too. Everything is very clean, the design appeals to me personally (a skilful and high-quality combination of classic and modern) and the staff are courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, I had a problem at one point: the day before my departure, I asked reception for a late check-out next day (as it was offered to me as an Expedia Status member during check-in) and was granted this. When I wanted to go to my room the next day around midday, my room card no longer worked. It turned out at reception that my request had obviously not been noted. However, the reception staff reacted professionally and allowed me to use the room until 2pm without any problems. This issue was solved well, but it still was a bit unpleasant for me that the incident occurred. Nevertheless, it was another great stay and I will gladly come back one day.

The staff was very friendly, kind and able to address all our needs during our stay. The buffet for breakfast was AMAZING!! you cant miss this, the variety of food is incredible, really really great! and for an affordable price. The hotel itself is gorgeous, you get your room service everyday, the restaurants, bar inside the property are beautiful, the pool area is clean with towels available at all times. The SPA receptionist was not very friendly, that is the only thing I wanted to point it out, she acted like she does not care if you get the service you want nor even explain the service they offer and how it works. But the Hotel itself is amazing and I will gave it 9 out 10.

Fantastic stay. Didn’t expect to queue for breakfast 15min, otherwise great. Breakfast options could be improved, especially for children. The room was great. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Would come back.

We always use the Mencey hotel when we stay in Santa Cruz. The pool is absolutely fantastic as I swim 2 km a day. Staff are friendly and excellent.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. There are multiple restaurants and a bar on site which all serve great food and drink. The pool area is clean and quiet and Carlos is always around to help. All the staff at this hotel are brilliant, always approachable and helpful. The hotel is located a short walk away from the centre of Santa Cruz through a lovely park. Highly recommended, thank you for a great holiday.

Enjoyed size of Junior Suite after being on Cruise Ship for past six months! Especially loved whirlpool bathtub. We have been enjoying massages around the world; the massages at the Spa were average. Especially loved walking in the neighborhood!

The hotel and its grounds are beautiful, and the location in Santa Cruz is perfect. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and I can’t say enough good things about our experience; the staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent and friendly service. The pool, spa, and workout facilities were beautiful and the view of the hills of Tenerife were stunning. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family and are looking forward to coming back here again in the future!

This hotel is beautiful!! We stayed here 1 night before a cruise. Everything about this hotel is lovely. They even have a turtle pond near the pool. Their buffet in the main restaurant was amazing….both for dinner and breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything lived up to expectations. The staff was great and the service was excellent. The terrace connected to the room could have been nicer but we hadn’t payed extra for it. So we got what we had ordered. The pool and fitness area was also great.
