Stay was average. Tv remote didn’t work so we were given a different one that also didn’t work. Called front desk and maintenance came with a new one that worked. Stay was average and nothing to write home about. The store was empty and saw a fruit fly.

Hotel and bedsheets reeked of cigarette smoke. Everything in the room that I took out of my suitcase smelled after only being in the room for about 10 hours. Carpet was too gross to walk on without shoes.
They did refund my second night when I checked it early.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Carpet in and out of rooms old and dirty. Rooms do not have usable outlets other than for the tv and a lamp.why have complementary coffee maker in room if no where tu plug in. Bathroom old and tub leaking from underneath to the floor and vents filthy with cigarette smell from next door coming in.Wall paper stripping off .

The towels were thin and dirty. The bed covers and sheets were dingy. The room smelled stuffy and the fridge had rust in it. They came to my room to drop towels. They didnt clean it or take out the trash

The front desk person acted as though she was either just woken from a deep, deep sleep, or she was very high/drunk on something. She was stumbling around, sighing heavily, couldn’t get the job of checking us in done. Another person took over eventually.
We booked two rooms and requested them near each other. They weren’t near each other. We were traveling with family who booked a 3rd room, also not near our 2 rooms, and the staff tried to charge them for two rooms AND us for 2 rooms.
The rooms were disgusting. Stains/splatter on walls, carpet, curtains, etc. The bathrooms had black mold on the tub/wall. The ceiling tiles were discolored, falling down, and falling apart. Sinks had pink mildew, no stoppers, and still drained slowly.
I did not want to be in that room, let alone sleep or shower there.
Would never return and would never recommend.

Massive holes in the carpet, broken side entrance door. Shady characters roaming the halls, the smell of weed everywhere, tv didn’t work, and very dirty. Would never in a million years stay here again. I’d rather be homeless.

The staff were helpful, but I have no idea how this hotel is still allowed to be considered livable space. There was black mold all over the bathroom, it reeked of cigarette smoke, the beds had literal clumps of dirt on them, and the hand towel looked stained/had been used and not cleaned. We knew it was a budget hotel, but the mold and smell made it feel unhealthy to be there. I’m disappointed in Wyndham for acquiring this property and not renovating it into a safe place to sleep.

Starting with the positive, the overnight front desk clerk was lovely and helpful. The hotel is right by the airport, which is exactly what we needed for an early flight. They offer free airport shuttle, which we didn’t use but is a nice feature. The beds were comfy; however, our sheets were all stained with dirt, what appeared to be old blood, and makeup. The towels were in similar condition and our tub didn’t drain well. The shower and baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. The walls were also thin so you could easily hear people in the hallway. Overall, would not recommend.

My suggestion is to pass on this hotel. Really shabby. There were holes in the rug, furniture was damaged. The bed was comfortable but the bedding was really cheap. The sheets that I think were supposed to be white were grayish yellow. (YUCK!) My door locks worked but people told me that some others were locked out of their rooms. The breakfast was a joke.

We had to get changed from our regular room and the a\c sounded like a generator was on didnt let us sleep really annoying and very loud then got changed to another room got told to wait till 12pm the nxt day for someone to come and fix it noone ever came.HOUSEKEEPING knocked twice didnt wait for an asnwer and walked in like nothing.Beard hairs were found in the sink when we got to the room they changed us too and in the room my son found a piece of weave on the floor i dnt think ever again.

This hotel is a crack house. Guys shooting drugs in the back parking lot, no security on back door, filthy hallways, bugs on walls in rooms, the smell was horrible. The picture shows this beautiful room....not what we found. Find another place to stay.

The room itself was fine and the bed was comfortable, the biggest problem was with the bathroom. There was only one light switch, so the air vent automatically comes on with the light and it is a bit rackety/loud. The tub had visible caulk surrounding the drain and handle, making the tub look slightly messy. The mini fridge also was a little loud and barely fridge temperature. The tv guide says program unavailable for all channels but the channels do work.

When I first arrived, thinking that the building had some age to it I was not expecting too much. The room was very clean. The check-in was amazing. The service was excellent. The driver that picked me up at the airport was amazing. They completely did everything they could to make me comfortable. I would definitely stay back at this place again.

You get what you pay for! For 5 people, we got a really good deal. The hotel staff members were all kind and helpful, but the hotel photos are misleading. The hotel was not very clean… it smelled a bit like urine in our room and the rollaway bed we got had some food/garbage in it. Overall we were fine with our stay (the smell went away when we turned the air on), but that is partially because we didn’t do much more than sleep there.

This could be a great hotel but it needs to be fumigated for insects. There were these small flys all over my room which was a big turn off. They need to spray there more often. At least no bed bugs. The overall hotel does not look like it gets cleaned enough but it’s a cheaper alternative to other hotels very close to Bradley Airport and they charge for extended parking but not bad $8.00 per day.

This property charges a $250. Deposit for thrid party partners. The AGM was very displeased when i challenge the deposit. It was at the bottom in small print about pet and damage deposit. So not sure if this is the best place to stay. You can choose yourself. My floor was dirty and even upon check out wasn't vacuumed.
