The airport shuttle to hotel is quick and responsive. We arrived at 1am because of a delayed flight. From call to pick up was no more than 5 mins. Comfy bed and warm breakfast. Freindky staff.

It was a comfortable hotel for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle was great.Both drivers to and from the airport were friendly. The bathroom was spacious and updated. I was disappointed by the lack of cleaning details. The a/c vents, lamp and charging station on the night stand were dirty. Please add these items to your daily cleaning list. It will make a big difference for your guests and ratings.

We were there for a quick weekend wedding. Shuttle to and from the airport was exceptional as well as the morning breakfast and pool. All staff were amazing. It is an older property, but definitely served our needs! It is very convenient to downtown. I would definitely stay there again. I thought is was a great value for what we needed.

Good stay overall. Comfortable room/bed. Shower had long brown hairs when I arrived. (I am blonde) Near airport so expect to hear take off and landing. A little concerned about security because the other doors leading to outside do not lock. You can enter anytime.

This hotel is not only convenient to the airport, but within 20 minutes of downtown, the State Fair and the State Capitol. The outdoor pool was very nice. Despite airplanes flying over, it was very quiet! They have a nice breakfast buffet and seating area.

The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment!

The receptionists and cleaning staff were all exceptional. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very satisfactory with hot and cold items, pastries, juices and milk and waffles. Plenty of hot coffee and a small merchandise area with beverages, wine and personal and incidental supplies. Very close to the Des Moines airport.
However, The room carpet was filthy (white socks were black after a few minutes), the room chair was dirty with stains (I threw a blanket over it to sit in it), and the bathroom floor was sticky.

It is definitely an airport hotel. The hotel felt old and on the dirty side. It served its purpose before an early morning flight. Definitely not the usual Hampton Inn level of cleanliness. The carpet floors in the room were sticky. The hotel smelled dank, which considering there aren’t vents in the bathroom/shower, doesn’t surprise me. We’ve stayed here twice before flights and probably won’t again.
