Everything was excellent, amazing staff

It is ok to stay but car park is not big enough so no parking spaces, food is so so and rooms are close to needing refurbishment. Ok to stay but not worth the premium price

Great hotel, fabulous service and staff, spotlessly clean. Loved the style/decor. Great room up on the 7th floor with a brilliant view over Preston. Breakfast excellent. Really couldn’t fault it. Lovely stay.

All staff from reception staff Alishia and Yasmin, to the lovely Lorraine, Paul, Will (good luck x ) and Graham. Also Mo the room attenndant, they are all wonderful. IHG should be proud! great service, food great as ever and cleanest rooms.

Reception staff were very friendly, they ensured an early check in when I requested the day before arrival. Room service food was lovely

the room was so hot the beds were two singles joined together and the next morning the cleaner walked straight into the room without even knocking on the door ! overall worst experience of staying in a hotel won’t be staying again

I always stay at your hotel when I'm on a business trip. I really enjoy it. I think it would be more convenient if there was a microwave in the restaurant on the first floor.

The hotel was great clean and new-ish my only comment would be there were no mushrooms and tomatoes, or black pudding for breakfast, it was a good night's stay.

The service was affected by system being down causing unnecessary issues with the booking. Carpet had permanent dark stains which should be dealt with for a branded hotel

very friendly and kind staff. unfortunately even on sixth floor there was a fair amount of road noise and noise transfer between floors. usual holiday inn furnishings and standard breakfast assortment. nice level of comfort for a nights stay. For strangers to the area please note the bus carpark opposite is reasonably priced but will only take coins or app payment.

Loved hotel And tea and breakfast was lovely .staff were fantastic .but what i didnt like was being woken up at 930 am sayin room service banging on my door. It says check out 12 and i had sign on .really spoiled my visit.

This property is walking distance to the shopping area and close to the bus station which made out travel plans very convenient for day trips.
The staff was very friendly, the Breakfast Buffet was great and we had no problems with our stay.
We were very happy that our choice to stay was a good one. Thank-you.
